校园欺凌的影响与对策——来自农村寄宿制小学的证据

【摘要】：近年来,由于农村义务教育资源布局的调整,越来越多的农村小学生尤其是那些与父母分离的留守儿童,被迫选择寄宿制学校。本文使用北京大学等联合课题组于2015年10月在137所农村寄宿制小学所做的抽样调查数据,分析了小学生遭遇校园欺凌的状况以及卷入欺凌对学生学业和心理健康的影响。我们发现,寄宿生尤其是低龄寄宿生卷入校园欺凌的风险更高;卷入欺凌对小学生的心理健康和学习成绩有显著的负面影响。本文从提升教师受教育水平和责任心的角度,探讨了降低校园欺凌的办法。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the adjustment of the distribution of rural compulsory education resources, more and more rural pupils, especially those separated from their parents, have been forced to choose boarding schools.Based on the sampling data of 137 rural boarding primary schools in October 2015, this paper analyzes the situation of primary school students being bullied on campus and the influence of bullying on students' academic and mental health.We found that boarding students, especially young boarding students, are at higher risk of being involved in bullying on campus, and that the involvement of bullying has a significant negative impact on the mental health and academic performance of primary school students.From the angle of improving teachers' education level and sense of responsibility, this paper discusses the ways to reduce bullying on campus.
