幼小语文教育衔接问题及对策研究

【摘要】:幼儿园与小学教育的衔接问题,是国内外教育界的一个热点问题,历来受到众多家长和教育工作者的广泛关注。在幼小教育衔接中,语言作为一种交际工具和传播媒介,在儿童的成长与发展过程中起着非常重要的作用,因此,幼小语文教育的衔接问题也就显得尤为重要。然而,在现实中,幼小语文教育衔接工作的进展情况并不乐观,在衔接中还存在很多问题,因此,如何科学、有效地解决这些问题,促进幼小语文教育衔接的顺利进行,,具有很高的研究价值。 本研究从幼小语文教育出发,在参考国内外相关文献的基础上,运用问卷法、访谈法和观察法对当前幼小语文教育衔接的现状做了充分的调查,发现在幼小语文教育衔接过程中存在诸如缺乏语文学习兴趣、上课注意力不集中、语文学习主动性差等不适应现象。另外,在师生关系、教学目标、教学方法、教学内容等方面小学与幼儿园相比也存在很大差异,这同样是造成初入学儿童语文学习不适应的重要原因。此外,家长、学校、教师三者在儿童教育问题上的态度对幼小语文教育衔接也具有重要影响。 基于对调查结果的分析,本研究运用国内外相关理论,从国家教育部门、学校以及教师三个层面提出了促进幼小语文教育有效衔接的策略:国家教育部门应做好幼小语文教育政策上的衔接,加大幼小语文教材间的联系,加强幼小教师队伍的关联性建设;学校应协调各方面因素,营造良好的教育衔接氛围;教师应加强与家长的互动,共同引导学生在生活中学习语文,着力激发学生学习语文的兴趣,做好语文教学方法与教学评价的衔接。
[Abstract]:The connection between kindergarten and primary education is a hot issue in the field of education at home and abroad, and has always been widely concerned by many parents and educators.As a communication tool and a medium of communication, language plays a very important role in the process of children's growth and development.However, in reality, the progress of young Chinese education convergence is not optimistic, and there are still many problems in the convergence. Therefore, how to solve these problems scientifically and effectively to promote the smooth development of young Chinese education,It has high research value.Based on the reference of relevant literature at home and abroad, this study has made a full investigation on the current situation of Chinese language education convergence in primary and secondary schools by means of questionnaire, interview and observation.It is found that there are some unsuitable phenomena in the process of the convergence of Chinese education in young children, such as lack of interest in Chinese learning, lack of concentration in class, poor initiative in Chinese learning and so on.In addition, there are also great differences between primary schools and kindergartens in terms of teacher-student relations, teaching objectives, teaching methods, teaching contents and so on, which is also an important reason for the inadaptability of Chinese learning for children at the beginning of school.In addition, the attitudes of parents, schools and teachers on the issue of children's education also have an important impact on the convergence of young Chinese education.Based on the analysis of the survey results, this study applies the relevant theories at home and abroad, from the national education sector,Three levels of schools and teachers put forward strategies to promote the effective link of Chinese education in young children: the national education departments should do a good job in the policy convergence of young Chinese education, and strengthen the links between the teaching materials of young Chinese.Strengthen the correlation construction of young teachers, coordinate all factors in school, create a good atmosphere of education convergence, teachers should strengthen interaction with parents, guide students to learn Chinese in life,Focus on arousing students' interest in learning Chinese and doing a good job of linking Chinese teaching methods with teaching evaluation.
