小学语文古诗文经典诵读校本课程开发研究和改进策略

【摘要】：中华古诗文经典作为中华民族悠久历史长河中璀璨的文化瑰宝,是中华文明传承数千年的重要载体之一,其涵盖的思想内容博大精深,对延续和发展中华文明、促进人类文明进步,发挥着重要作用。然而,受文化断层和"快餐文化"的影响,学生们对承载着中华文明的古诗文经典视若无睹。随着国家基础教育改革、三级课程管理体系的落实,在小学阶段进行中华古诗文经典诵读校本课程开发,成为传承中华经典、继承和弘扬传统文化最切实可行的手段,让学生在耳濡目染中汲取传统中华文化的精髓,可以提高学生的语文素养和思想道德修养,形成健全的人格。本研究选取天津市津南区D小学为个案研究对象,通过单一案例研究法、问卷调查、查阅文献、以及访谈法,客观地呈现了 D小学古诗文经典诵读校本课程开发的状况。在研究中发现有诸多影响校本课程开发的因素:学校领导和教师的课程开发意识淡薄、消极应付;教师课程开发的素养和专业技能不高以及学生和家长多属于被动参与。另外,D校的开本课程开发缺乏高效的管理机制和评价体系。笔者结合相关理论和学校实际情况,针对问卷调查中发现的具体问题,提出了一些具体的建议与对策:切实加强学校管理民主化建设;明确经典诵读校本课程的开发理念、扎实做好教师的校本培训工作;优化课堂教学,激发学生学习兴趣;引入激励机制,完善评价体系;家校合作等等。最后,对该研究及研究成果进行了总结与反思。
[Abstract]:Promoting the progress of human civilization is playing an important role.However, under the influence of cultural fault and fast food culture, students turned a blind eye to the ancient poetry and prose classics carrying Chinese civilization.With the reform of national basic education and the implementation of the three-level curriculum management system, the school-based curriculum development of classical Chinese poetry and prose reading in primary school has become the most feasible means to inherit and carry forward the traditional culture.By letting students absorb the essence of traditional Chinese culture, students' Chinese accomplishment and ideological and moral accomplishment can be improved and a sound personality can be formed.This study selects Tianjin Jinnan district D primary school as the case study object, through the single case study method, the questionnaire survey, the consult literature, as well as the interview method, has objectively presented the D elementary school ancient poem classics recites the school-based curriculum development situation.It is found that there are many factors influencing school-based curriculum development: school leaders and teachers have weak awareness of curriculum development, passive coping, low literacy and professional skills of teacher curriculum development and passive participation of students and parents.In addition, the curriculum development of D school lacks efficient management mechanism and evaluation system.Based on the relevant theories and the actual situation of the school, the author puts forward some concrete suggestions and countermeasures in view of the specific problems found in the questionnaire survey: strengthening the democratization of school management, clarifying the development idea of the classic school-based curriculum,Do a good job of school-based training of teachers; optimize classroom teaching, stimulate students' interest in learning; introduce incentive mechanism, perfect evaluation system; home-school cooperation and so on.Finally, the research and research results are summarized and reflected.
