重庆市S小学教师职业礼仪修养问题与对策研究

【摘要】:礼仪是世界文明的宝贵遗产之一,是自然和谐的美好结晶。中国素以“礼仪”之邦闻名于世,自古至今创造了丰富多彩的优秀传统礼仪文化,这些优秀的文化传统需要一代代的传承和发扬光大。教师作为一个国家民族精神的传播者和创造者,势必担当此大任。本论文主要从中外礼仪的渊源、中西方礼仪教育的历史以及礼仪的教育价值等方面分析阐述当代小学教师职业礼仪修养的含义、内容、特点,调查并总结了重庆市小学教师职业礼仪修养及其培训现状和存在的问题以及对策研究,并根据问题的原因提出了提升小学教师职业礼仪修养的建议。本论文认为,教师礼仪包含的内容包括形象礼仪、语言礼仪、工作环境礼仪和社会交往礼仪,其中最具重要性主要有仪容、仪表、仪态和仪言礼仪;并以S小学校为例运用访谈和观察调查研究重庆市小学教师职业礼仪修养的现状,指出小学教师缺乏专业礼仪知识和培训的现状特点和存在的问题,比如:一些小学教师思想上不重视礼仪修养知识,错解教师职业礼仪含义;小学教师职业礼仪培训欠缺以及礼仪培训体系不完善且存在“跟风”之嫌等等。进而分别从小学教师要重塑思想,摆正礼仪观;加强礼仪培训,塑造好形象;创建小学校教师礼仪修养评价机制;加强小学校园礼仪文明建设;定期举行小学教师职业礼仪修养竞技赛;重视高校师范生的礼仪教育,力争做到未雨绸缪六个方面分析了解决当代小学教师职业礼仪修养存在的问题的建议。本论文的研究结论,不仅让我对重庆市小学教师职业礼仪修养的认识又加深了一层,而且对于提升重庆市乃至当代小学教师职业礼仪修养应该都具有积极的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Etiquette is one of the precious legacies of world civilization and a beautiful crystallization of natural harmony.China is famous for its "etiquette" state, and has created rich and colorful traditional etiquette culture since ancient times. These outstanding cultural traditions need to be passed on and carried forward from generation to generation.Teachers, as the disseminators and creators of a nation's national spirit, are bound to assume this responsibility.This paper mainly analyzes the meaning, content and characteristics of the professional etiquette cultivation of primary school teachers from the origin of etiquette, the history of etiquette education in China and the west, and the educational value of etiquette.This paper investigates and summarizes the present situation and existing problems of the primary school teachers' professional etiquette training in Chongqing, and puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of the elementary school teachers' professional etiquette accomplishment according to the reasons of the problems.In this paper, teachers' etiquette includes image etiquette, language etiquette, working environment etiquette and social etiquette, among which the most important are appearance, appearance, appearance and etiquette.Taking S Primary School as an example, this paper studies the present situation of professional etiquette accomplishment of primary school teachers in Chongqing by means of interview and observation, and points out the characteristics and problems of teachers' lack of professional etiquette knowledge and training.For example, some primary school teachers do not attach importance to etiquette cultivation knowledge, misunderstand the meaning of teachers' professional etiquette; the lack of professional etiquette training for primary school teachers and the imperfection of etiquette training system and the existence of "follow the wind" and so on.Then respectively from the primary school teachers to reshape their ideas, correct the etiquette concept; strengthen etiquette training, create a good image; establish a primary school teachers etiquette training evaluation mechanism; strengthen the construction of primary school etiquette civilization;This paper holds regular competition for the professional etiquette accomplishment of primary school teachers, attaches importance to the etiquette education of college students, and tries to make a good plan in advance in six aspects, and analyzes the suggestions to solve the problems existing in the professional etiquette cultivation of contemporary primary school teachers.The conclusion of this paper not only makes me have a deeper understanding of the professional etiquette of primary school teachers in Chongqing, but also has a positive significance for improving the professional etiquette cultivation of Chongqing and contemporary primary school teachers.
