重庆市主城区校外少儿美术教育机构课程设置的调查研究

【摘要】：校外美术教育作为美术教育的有益补充,日益发挥着重要的作用。如今越来越多的少儿走进各种各样的校外美术教育机构,使得校外少儿美术教育机构的作用和影响力有越来越大的趋势。诚然,作为少儿美术教育的重要组成部分,应该是我国学校美术教育的重要补充。但是各级各类的少儿美术教育机构的性质、规模、师资、教学等环节,尤其是其课程设置的情况缺乏深入的信息和资料。其价值、作用和影响以及对学校美术教育之间的彼此关系也就无以判断。本文拟就重庆市主城区少儿美术培训机构为对象展开相关调查。从机构存在的形式、办学理念、师资力量、学生家长的态度方面展开,而重点在机构的课程设置调查上,深入调查课程结构、内容、时间安排以及课程实施、教学评价等课程相关内容。通过调查了解到本地区的校外少儿美术教育机构课程设置存在自身优势:课程理念具有创新性、内容具有多样性、实施方式具有先进性、能使学生学习上具有连续性的特点,得到学生家长普遍认可。但是也存在不足:课程结构比较不合理、内容安排显得随意、教学过程过分重视材料的运用、课程实施与评价不能与社会发展相协调等。根据调查分析得出影响机构课程设置的因素主要为市场因素、教师因素和家长因素。因此,本文根据影响机构课程设置的原因提出几点建议。首先,机构应当借鉴学校美术课程标准,构建合理的课程设置结构;同时重视教师素质的培养,稳定教师队伍;努力转变家长美术观念,培养家长的美术素养。
[Abstract]:As a beneficial supplement of art education, the outside-school art education is playing an important role day by day.Nowadays, more and more children come into all kinds of art education institutions outside school, which makes the function and influence of children's art education institutions more and more important.Indeed, as an important part of children's art education, it should be an important supplement to our school art education.However, the nature, scale, teachers, teaching and other links of all kinds of children's art education institutions, especially the situation of their curriculum is lack of in-depth information and materials.Its value, function and influence, as well as the relationship between school art education can not be judged.This paper intends to carry out a related investigation on the children's art training institutions in Chongqing's main urban area.From the aspects of the form of the organization's existence, the idea of running a school, the strength of teachers, the attitude of the students' parents, the emphasis is placed on the investigation of the curriculum setup of the organization, the in-depth investigation of the curriculum structure, the content, the timing and the implementation of the curriculum.Teaching evaluation and other courses related to the content.Through the investigation, we know that there are some advantages in the curriculum design of children's art education institutions in this area: the curriculum concept is innovative, the content is diverse, the implementation mode is advanced, and it can make the students have the characteristics of continuity in learning.It is generally accepted by the parents of the students.However, there are some shortcomings: the curriculum structure is unreasonable, the content arrangement appears random, the teaching process pays too much attention to the use of materials, and the curriculum implementation and evaluation cannot be coordinated with the social development.According to the investigation and analysis, it is concluded that the main factors influencing the curriculum are market factors, teachers' factors and parents' factors.Therefore, this paper puts forward some suggestions according to the reasons that affect the curriculum of institutions.
