小学数学小组合作学习的教学效果研究

【摘要】：数学教学有着逻辑性强和具体应用程度高的特征,而且十分的抽象,对于这一点数学教师都深有体会。因为数学教育的抽象程度高,比起其他教学科目其应用的范围广度也大,所以在进行学习时对学生的思维逻辑要求也就相应较高,这也造成了相当部分的学习者觉得数学知识掌握困难,不好学习。因此,用合作学习的形式让学生以团体的方式集思广益去共同探讨学习不失为一个好办法。小学数学学习中经常需要学习者充分发挥思维能力,对一些困难的知识点从较深的层面进行钻研,许多情况下一个学生所具有的能力不足以解决遇到的困难,这时如果用多方合作交流的方式进行学习效果会明显好转。由于小学阶段数学的特征所在,我们探讨分析借助小组合作学习的模式进行数学教育也就有着很大的必要性。本文首先对小组合作和小组合作学习的概念进行了概述,并列举了合作学习的三个假设和合作学习的类型,然后介绍了合作学习的理论基础。然后本文对A小学的数学小组合作教学现状及问题以问卷调查及访谈方法进行实例分析,并发现A小学数学小组合作教学存在的问题如下:教师合作学习相关理论基础缺失、合作学习小组的建设存在问题、教师对合作学习过程缺乏有效的参与和指导、学生缺乏良好的合作学习习惯和技能、对合作学习的评价缺乏科学依据。在本文最后对小学数学小组合作教学提出了以下对策和建议:加强教师对合作学习相关理论的学习、加强合作学习小组建设、科学划分小组、加强教师对合作学习过程的有效参与和指导、加强教师对学生良好的合作学习习惯和技能的培养、建立科学合理的合作学习评价机制。希望本文对小学数学小组合作教学起到有益的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:Mathematics teaching has the characteristics of strong logic and high degree of concrete application, and it is very abstract.Because the degree of abstraction of mathematics education is high and the scope of its application is wider than that of other teaching subjects, the corresponding requirements for students' thinking logic are higher when they study.This also causes a considerable number of learners to find it difficult to master mathematical knowledge and difficult to learn.Therefore, it is a good way for students to brainstorm and discuss learning together in the form of cooperative learning.In primary school mathematics learning, learners often need to give full play to their thinking ability and study some difficult knowledge points from a deeper level. In many cases, the ability of a student is not enough to solve the difficulties encountered.At this time if the way of multi-party cooperative communication learning results will be significantly improved.Because of the characteristics of mathematics in primary school, it is necessary for us to analyze and analyze the model of group cooperative learning for mathematics education.This paper first summarizes the concepts of group cooperation and group cooperative learning, lists three hypotheses and types of cooperative learning, and then introduces the theoretical basis of cooperative learning.Then this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of mathematics group cooperative teaching in A primary school by means of questionnaire and interview, and finds out that the problems of mathematics group cooperative teaching in A primary school are as follows: lack of theoretical foundation of teachers' cooperative learning.There are problems in the construction of cooperative learning groups, teachers lack effective participation and guidance in the cooperative learning process, students lack good cooperative learning habits and skills, and the evaluation of cooperative learning lacks scientific basis.At the end of this paper, the author puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: strengthening teachers' study of cooperative learning theory, strengthening cooperative learning group construction, and scientifically dividing groups.We should strengthen teachers' effective participation and guidance in cooperative learning process, strengthen teachers' cultivation of good cooperative learning habits and skills, and establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism for cooperative learning.I hope this paper will play a useful role in cooperative teaching of mathematics in primary schools.
