基于岗位需求的农村小学全科教师培养策略探析

【摘要】:农村小学全科教师的培养是为破解当前我国农村基础教育事业发展的师资难题而提出的新举措。当前农村小学亟须有献身农村教育事业意愿、能承担农村小学全科教学任务,且能适应农村学校的学习、工作与生活等综合能力的教师。基于此,对小学全科教师的培养要以"下得去、留得住、教得好"为目标。培养策略主要有:坚持思想教育,增强对农村教育事业的认识和热爱;适应农村小学的需求,培养全科教学能力;着眼教师未来发展,培养教育研究意识和能力。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of general subject teachers in rural primary schools is a new measure to solve the problem of teachers in the development of basic education in rural areas. At present, it is urgent for rural primary schools to have the will to devote themselves to rural education, to be able to undertake the task of general subject teaching in rural primary schools, and to be able to adapt to the comprehensive abilities of learning, working and living in rural schools. Based on this, the primary school teachers should be trained with the goal of "get down, stay and teach well". The main training strategies are: persist in ideological education, strengthen the understanding and love of rural education; adapt to the needs of rural primary schools, cultivate the ability of general subject teaching; focus on the future development of teachers, cultivate the awareness and ability of educational research.
