【摘要】:现代学校教育在昌都成立发展已有大半个世纪之久,学校的数量、规模、教学质量等都得到了非常快速的发展。但受地域、政治、经济、文化等的影响,昌都市小学教育还存在着不同的问题。本文以整个昌都市的小学为研究对象,通过不同的方式了解其学生管理的现状、问题及原因,并在此基础上提出切实可行的学生管理建议,希望能够丰富学生管理的理论基础,对解决昌都市小学学生管理问题提供一点帮助。本研究分为四个部分:第一部分为绪论,这一部分阐述七个问题,一是从分析了昌都市小学学生管理问题、国家政策、小学生发展的需要以及自身的经历,提出了对昌都市小学学生管理策略建构的必要性;二是提出了研究昌都市小学学生管理的目的和理论意义及实践意义;三是对文中涉及到的关键词语和问题进行了概念界定;四是分析了学生管理理论中会涉及到理论基础;五是能过整理和综述文献资料,了解当前对学生管理的理论研究,发现以往研究中的不足和前沿理论;六是简单介绍了研究过程。七是创新点的阐述。第二部主要介绍了本研究所使用的调研工具和调查对象,并对访谈题纲和问卷做了相应的说明;简单描述了一下调研情况,介绍昌都市各县小学的分布情况;通过对问卷的分析、资料的整理,展现昌都市小学学生管理的现状,从生活、教学习二个方面对学生管理进行梳理。第三部分主要分析了昌都市小学学生管理存在各种问题及原因。对昌都市小学学生管理调查的结果分析发现,在生活方面,对学生的吃住行的管理存在着薄弱环节,教学管理中,学生任务重、学习压力大,适龄儿童的入学率低和失学率大,安全问题突出,尤其是交通安全。导致这些问题的存在的原因有很多,本研究近探讨了管理思想、基础建设、交通安全、学生家长的观念、管理制度缺失、教学管理水平低几个原因。第四部分是对解决这些管理问题的建议。一是转变学生管理观念;二是进一步加大教育经费的投入;三改善交通条件;四满足学生和家长对教育的需求;五是加强制度建设;六是提高教学管理水平。
[Abstract]:Modern school education has been established and developed in Changdu for more than half a century. The number, scale and teaching quality of schools have developed very rapidly. However, due to the influence of region, politics, economy and culture, there are still different problems in Changdu primary education. This paper takes the whole primary school in Changcheng as the research object, through different ways to understand the current situation, problems and reasons of its student management, and on this basis, put forward practical suggestions for student management, hoping to enrich the theoretical basis of student management. It is helpful to solve the problem of student management in Changdu Primary School. This research is divided into four parts: the first part is an introduction, this part describes seven problems, one is from the analysis of Changdu primary school students management problems, national policies, the development needs of primary school students and their own experience, It puts forward the necessity of constructing the students' management strategy in Changdu Primary School; second, it puts forward the purpose, theoretical and practical significance of studying the student management in Changdu Primary School; thirdly, it defines the key words and problems involved in the paper. The fourth is to analyze the theoretical basis of student management theory, the fifth is to be able to collate and summarize the literature, understand the current theoretical research on student management, and find out the shortcomings and frontier theories in the previous research. Six is a brief introduction of the research process. Seven is the innovation point elaboration. The second part mainly introduces the research tools and objects used in this research, and makes the corresponding explanation to the interview outline and questionnaire, briefly describes the investigation situation, introduces the distribution of the primary schools in Changdu. Through the analysis of the questionnaire and the collation of the data, this paper presents the present situation of the student management in Changdu Primary School, and combs the student management from the two aspects of life and teaching and learning. The third part mainly analyzes the problems and causes of student management in Changdu Primary School. Through the analysis of the results of student management investigation in Changdu Primary School, it is found that, in the aspect of life, there are weak links in the management of students' eating, lodging and transportation. In the teaching management, students have a heavy task, a heavy learning pressure, a low school enrolment rate and a high dropout rate of school-age children. Safety problems are prominent, especially in traffic safety. There are many reasons leading to these problems. This study has discussed several reasons such as management thought, infrastructure construction, traffic safety, students' parents' concept, lack of management system and low level of teaching management. The fourth part is the suggestion to solve these management problems. One is to change the concept of student management; the other is to further increase the investment in education funds; three to improve the traffic conditions; four to meet the needs of students and parents for education; five is to strengthen the construction of the system; and six is to improve the level of teaching management.
