快易网球教学在西安市小学网球课中的应用研究

【摘要】:教育需要与时俱进,教育理念的更新在教学活动中至关重要,网球教学也是如此,为适应现代化需求、满足各年龄层学员的需求,快易网球教学模式应运而生。以其新颖的模式、创新的思维在网球教学中独树一帜,并且能与新的体育发展目标相适应。本文通过教学实验情况的对比分析,探讨在小学网球教学中"快易网球”教学法应用情况与影响。本文采用文献资料法、访谈法、实验法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法法对快易网球教学的教教学模式、教学特点进行了深入浅出的分析。实验对象选取西安高新国际小学网球兴趣班(年龄10-11岁)学生,共计60人。采用分组教学实验的方法,实验结束后,分别对两组学生进行相关指标的测试,并将数据进行整理分析,得出以下结论:1.快易网球教学方法在实验后,体育课的达标测试项目中,60秒跳绳、50米跑、立定跳远都在不同程度上得到提高,学生的身体素质有提高。2.快易网球教学模式进入小学体育课中最大程度地激发出学生对网球运动的兴趣的同时,兼顾学生的体育达标与锻炼强度,根据学生自身特点,以及对网球运动技能的初步掌握程度,丰富教学内容,提高教学效率。3.快易网球教学环境轻松、自由、自主、活泼,能够有效地运用自己的思维模式、认知态度进行学习。培养发散性思维,增加学生间的交流,逐步形成了学生间相互指导、交流的阶段,改善课堂效果。4.快易网球教学经过对网球技术动作描述的评价,动作姿势虽无显著性差异,但通过实验对比,可发现需要借鉴的部分。5.通过教学实验对比分析,在通过网球教学过程后,实验组学生在动作连贯度、击球速度、对球的控制等方面的判断优于对照组,在网球技能达标测验中,实验组情况优于对照组。
[Abstract]:Education needs to keep pace with the times and the renewal of educational ideas is very important in teaching activities. Tennis teaching is also the same. In order to meet the needs of modernization and meet the needs of students of all ages, tennis teaching mode is quickly developed. With its novel mode and innovative thinking, it is unique in tennis teaching and can be used with the new sports development goal. Through the comparison and analysis of the teaching experiment, this paper discusses the application and influence of "quick tennis" teaching method in primary school tennis teaching. This article uses literature data method, interview method, experiment method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method to teach teaching mode of quick tennis teaching and teaching characteristics deeply. The test subjects selected the Xi'an high international primary school tennis interest class (age 10-11 years old) students, a total of 60 students. Using the method of group teaching experiment, after the experiment, two groups of students were tested respectively, and the data were arranged and analyzed, and the following conclusions were obtained: 1. quick tennis teaching method after the experiment, In physical education, 60 seconds of rope skipping, 50 meter running, and standing long jump are all improved in different degrees. The physical quality of the students can improve the.2. fast tennis teaching mode into the primary school physical education class to stimulate the students' interest in tennis, while taking into account the students' sports standards and exercise intensity, according to the study. Its own characteristics, as well as the primary degree of mastering tennis skills, enriching the teaching content and improving the teaching efficiency,.3. is easy to be easy, free, independent and lively. It can effectively use his own thinking mode and cognitive attitude to study. It can cultivate divergent thinking, increase communication between students, and gradually form a student phase. Mutual guidance, communication stage, improve the classroom effect.4. fast tennis teaching after the evaluation of tennis technical movement description, although there is no significant difference in action posture, but through experimental comparison, we can find that the part of.5. that needs to be used for reference is compared and analyzed through the teaching experiment. After the course of tennis teaching, the students in the experiment group are in the degree of motion consistency and hitting the ball. Speed and control of ball were better than those of the control group. In the tennis skills test, the experimental group was better than the control group.
