一位“80后”校长的成长手记

【摘要】:身为"80后"校长,注重以独特的个性特质、思维方式,给学校带来温暖而积极的改变。在被"外面的声音"、"领导的声音"、"流行的声音"环绕时,还要倾听"自己的声音"和"规律的声音"。追求完整的教育生活,提出"培养幸福儿童"的育人目标。以"温柔的坚持"润泽教师,以欣赏的态度激励教师,将平等民主的意识渗透到师生心中。
[Abstract]:As a "after 80" principal, pay attention to the unique personality, thinking mode, to bring warm and positive changes to the school. Listen to your own voice and regular voice when surrounded by outside sound, leadership voice, and pop voice. Pursuing a complete educational life and putting forward the educational goal of "cultivating happy children". Moisten teachers with tenderness, encourage teachers with appreciation, and permeate the consciousness of equality and democracy into teachers and students' minds.
