为新任教师铺设专业成长的“快车道”

【摘要】：北京小学大连开发区华润·海中国分校通过多种途径,为新任教师铺设专业成长的"快车道"。一是以"专家型教师成长工作室"为平台,通过"播种"目标、制定规划和专家引领启迪,实现顶层设计、高位引领;二是以多元化"实训"打根基,通过名师导航、同伴互助、教学相长,助其提升专业素养;三是引导新任教师通过系统化学习,亲近理论、反思总结、潜心研究,促其丰厚底蕴,不断提升。
[Abstract]:Beijing Primary School Dalian Development Zone China Resources China Branch lays the fast track of professional growth for new teachers through a variety of channels.
