农村小学体育教师借教方案探析

【摘要】：本文依据多年支教、走教、巡教、帮教、联教的实践,结合我国其他地区解决农村教师紧缺问题的经验及当前的教育实情,在有关教育界理论及实践专家的指导下拟定借教教育教学实施方案,从定义、目的任务、运行机制(具体措施、福利待遇)、特征、"职业锚"理论分析等方面对借教进行了详细阐述,以便各界同仁共同探讨,完善运行机制,从而更科学合理地解决农村教育问题。
[Abstract]:Based on the practice of supporting teaching, visiting, helping and unifying education for many years, this paper combines with the experience of solving the shortage of rural teachers in other areas of our country and the current educational facts. Under the guidance of theoretical and practical experts in the field of education, draw up the implementation plan of teaching by means of education, from the definition, the purpose task, the operation mechanism (concrete measure, The welfare treatment, the characteristics, the theory analysis of "occupation anchor" and so on are elaborated in detail, so that the colleagues from all walks of life can discuss together, perfect the operating mechanism, and solve the problems of rural education more scientifically and reasonably.
