【摘要】：正高位的内驱力,是价值追求与信仰之魅;有信仰,教师才有灵魂,学校才能得到发展。山东省青州市益都街道车站小学是一所县城老校,在校生1100人,在职教师48人,其中50岁以上12人,教师结构趋于老龄化,校舍陈旧(唯一一栋教学楼建于1988年),校园空间狭窄,生源60%为外来务工人员子女。尤其是近几年,学校周边几所新校的建成及快速发展,让这所老校更加黯然失色,家住学校附近的孩子,家长也舍近求远,想方设法选择条件更好的学校就读。学校社会声
