小学生课堂问题行为调查及对策研究

【摘要】:小学生的问题行为是教育者必须重视的一个问题。小学阶段的学生处在儿童时期,是个体形成自身心理特质的重要阶段,所以很容易表现出对外界各类约束的反抗,不具备足够的自制力,无法按照课堂的要求进行自我控制。如何才能够在分析原因的基础上,有效应对小学生的课堂问题行为,是一个值得研究的课题。本研究在调查访谈的基础上,分析小学生出现课堂问题行为的真正原因,找到导致这些行为的外在和内在因素,找到合理有效的策略,提升教学效果,使学生能够健康成长。本文采取问卷调查和实地访谈相结合的方式,调查结果表明,出现问题行为的最常见的方式是听课走神、做小动作以及交头接耳;出现问题行为类型较多的是行为不适,行为不足,而行为过度则较为少见。行为类型不同,之间的差异也较大,“行为不适”出现的比率最大。导致问题行为的原因包括性别、年龄、是否干部等。小学生出现课堂问题行为,其成因包括小学生本身的原因,首先是年龄原因,其次是性别原因,此外也有能力方面的原因。也包括学校方面的原因、家庭方面的原因以及社会方面的原因。在此基础上,本文提出了小学生课堂问题行为的应对策略,首先应该秉承科学的教育理念,包括树立科学的教育观、创建课堂行为准则,其次应提升教师的专业素养,包括增强自身的教学能力以及进行自我反思等,第三要激发学生的学习兴趣,包括增强学生的学习主动性、提升学生的自我管理能力以及提升学生的自控水平等,最后也应建设校园环境,增强家校沟通,以积极的态度和学校配合,减少学生的问题行为。
[Abstract]:Primary school student's problem behavior is a problem that educator must pay attention to. Primary school students are in childhood, which is an important stage for individuals to form their own psychological characteristics, so it is easy to show resistance to all kinds of external constraints, do not have enough self-control, can not according to the requirements of the classroom self-control. It is worth studying how to deal with the classroom problem behavior of primary school students on the basis of analyzing the reasons. On the basis of investigation and interview, this study analyzes the real causes of classroom problem behaviors, finds out the external and internal factors that lead to these behaviors, finds reasonable and effective strategies to improve the teaching effect and enables the students to grow up healthily. The results of the investigation show that the most common way to appear problem behavior is to listen to the class, make small movements and talk to each other, and the most common type of problem behavior is behavior discomfort. Inadequate behavior, while excessive behavior is less common. The behavior type is different, the difference is also big, the rate of "behavior discomfort" appears the most. The causes of problematic behavior include gender, age, whether the cadre or not. The causes of classroom problem behavior of primary school students include the causes of pupils themselves, first of all, of age, secondly of gender, but also of ability. Also includes the school aspect reason, the family aspect reason as well as the social aspect reason. On this basis, this paper puts forward the strategies to deal with the classroom problem behavior of primary school students. Firstly, we should adhere to the scientific educational idea, including setting up a scientific education concept, creating a classroom code of conduct, and secondly, promoting teachers' professional accomplishment. The third is to stimulate students' interest in learning, including enhancing students' initiative in learning, enhancing students' ability of self-management, and improving students' level of self-control, etc. Finally, the campus environment should be built, the communication between home and school should be strengthened, and the students' problem behavior should be reduced by positive attitude and cooperation with the school.
