个性化教育背景下小学数学学习单的设计与应用

【摘要】：本文以“小学数学‘学习单’的设计分析及应用”为研究对象,在对教学结构、教学片段进行剖析,对师生展开调查访问,对教学效果予以比较分析的基础上,从关注学生个性认知结构和个性思维方式差异性的角度,设计小学数学学习单,以期建构满足小学生个性学习需求、贴合小学生个体认知的教学模式,同时力求为一线教师提供相应的参考与比照。全文从理论和实践的两方面展开研究和分析,具体分为五个章节:第一章:说明研究的背景,确定研究的目标与主要问题,拟定研究的方法与思路。第二章:通过文献研究与相关资料分析,了解国内外对于“学习单”的研究现状,界定相关概念;通过研读心理学、教育学及学科数学相关理论书籍,分析研究学习单在设计与应用中的理论依据。第三章:在相关问卷的基础上,通过对“学习单”的整理,分析比较小学数学学习单的设计要素,揭示设计原则,联系数学学科知识的特点构建学习单设计模板。第四章:对学习单在小学数学教学中的应用案例进行分析,总结与反思,研究其在教学中的应用策略,探讨其应用模式。通过测验,进行数据分析,了解学习单在小学数学教学中的使用效果;通过问卷与访谈,了解学生对于学习单的态度和使用过程中的感受。从而反观小学数学学习单的设计和应用,提出建议和意见。第五章:对全文进行总结,提出改进方案,并对后继研究进行了展望。主要观点有:1、学习单能够满足不同认知基础与思维方式学生的学习需求,变被动为主动,实现个性化学习,提高教学的有效性与层次性;2、学习单促进教学效果的程度取决于教师的设计与应用方式;3、将学习单应用于教学时,教师需使用一定的教学策略。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the design, analysis and application of 'Learning sheet' in Primary School Mathematics are taken as the research object. On the basis of analyzing the teaching structure, teaching fragments, investigating and visiting the teachers and students, and comparing and analyzing the teaching effect, the paper makes a comparative analysis of the teaching effect. From the angle of paying attention to the difference of students' personality cognitive structure and personality thinking mode, the paper designs the primary school mathematics learning list in order to construct a teaching model that meets the pupils' individual learning needs and fits the pupils' individual cognition. At the same time, I try to provide reference and comparison for teachers. The thesis is divided into five chapters: chapter one: explain the background of the research, determine the research objectives and main problems, and draw up the research methods and ideas. The second chapter: through the literature research and the related material analysis, understands the domestic and foreign regarding "the study sheet" research present situation, defines the related concept, through studies the psychology, the pedagogy and the discipline mathematics correlation theory book, The theoretical basis for the design and application of learning sheet is analyzed. The third chapter: on the basis of the related questionnaire, through the arrangement of the "study list", the paper analyzes and compares the design elements of the primary school mathematics learning list, reveals the design principle, and constructs the template of the learning sheet design with the characteristics of mathematics knowledge. The fourth chapter analyzes the application of learning single in mathematics teaching in primary school, summarizes and reflects on it, studies its application strategy in teaching, and probes into its application mode. Through the test, data analysis, to understand the use of learning sheet in primary school mathematics teaching effect, through questionnaires and interviews, to understand the attitude of students to the learning sheet and the use of the process of feeling. Thus, the design and application of primary school mathematics learning sheet are reviewed, and suggestions are put forward. Chapter 5: summarize the full text, put forward the improvement scheme, and prospect the follow-up research. The main point of view is: 1. Learning sheets can meet the learning needs of students with different cognitive bases and modes of thinking, change from passive to active, and realize individualized learning. In order to improve the effectiveness and level of teaching, the degree of promoting teaching effect by learning sheet depends on the design and application of teachers. When applying learning sheet to teaching, teachers should use certain teaching strategies.
