【摘要】：学校是文化的场所,教师是文化人,学校的使命是传播文化。一个充满教育激情和理想的学校,必然有自己独特的学校文化。教育是"慢"的艺术,校长在学校文化的建设上,不应该有急躁之心。学校文化建设有独特的路径,校长要按照教育的规律去做文化。
[Abstract]:The school is the cultural place, the teacher is the cultural person, the school's mission is to spread the culture. A school full of educational passion and ideal, must have its own unique school culture. Education is a slow art, the principal should not be impatient in the construction of school culture. The school culture construction has the unique path, the principal should do the culture according to the education law.
