小学阶段武术教学内容一体化构建研究

【摘要】:武术是中华民族传统体育代表项目,是中华民族独树一帜的文化载体,它能够加强人的各项身体素质,并且能够发展人的心智、培养人形成良好的道德素养的。建国以来,国家教育部针对学校武术教学中出现的教学内容重复、动作复杂、结构不合理等一系列问题,多次开展了基础教育课程的改革提出了“淡化套路、突出方法、强调应用”的学校武术教学改革的指导思想,但改革的效果都差强人意。小学是普及武术知识和开展武术教学的重要阶段,小学生学习武术不仅能够强身健体还能够接受爱国教育,激发他们的民族自尊心和自豪感。所以,在小学阶段构建一体化的武术教学内容,能够补充完善我国学校武术教学内容体系,推动我国学校武术教学的发展;弘扬中华民族优秀传统文化。因此,以小学武术教学内容一体化构建为对象,采用文献资料法搜集武术教学内容构建的背景和依据,运用访谈法对小学武术专业的教师进行访谈为专家问卷的设计提供参考,通过问卷调查法集中18位专家的意见、使用数理统计法、逻辑分析法对获得的数据进行统计和分析,尝试构建出了小学阶段一体化的武术教学内容。研究结果:(1)对小学武术教学内容进行了学习领域目标的划分,分别是武术文化传承学习领域目标、心理健康与社会适应学习领域目标、动作技能学习领域目标、身体健康学习领域目标四个方面。(2)对这四个学习领域目标进一步细化,将武术文化传承细化为武术礼仪和武德教育两个方面;将心理健康与社会适应领域目标细化为遵守纪律、积极乐观、团结协作、公正态度、情绪调节、坚强的意志品质等;再将动作技能领域目标细化为基本功、基本动作、套路组合和攻防对练(徒手、器械)、格斗这几个方面;而身体健康目标领域细化为柔韧性、协调性、灵敏性、平衡力、爆发力、动作速度这几个需要发展的身体素质。(3)以目标领域为引领,根据小学生的身心发展特点,从武术文化、身体健康、武术动作技能、心理健康与社会适应、武术教学考核评价标准这几个模块,构建出小学阶段一体化的武术教学内容。
[Abstract]:Wushu is a representative item of Chinese traditional sports and a unique cultural carrier of the Chinese nation. It can strengthen people's physical quality, develop people's mind and train people to form good moral accomplishment. Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, the Ministry of Education has carried out the reform of basic education courses many times, aiming at a series of problems, such as repetition of teaching contents, complex movements and unreasonable structure, in the teaching of Wushu in schools, and has put forward "desalination routines and prominent methods". The guiding ideology of Wushu teaching reform based on the application of Wushu is emphasized, but the effect of the reform is not satisfactory. Primary school is an important stage to popularize martial arts knowledge and carry out martial arts teaching. Primary school students can not only strengthen their health but also receive patriotic education to arouse their national pride and pride. Therefore, constructing the integrated Wushu teaching content in primary school can complement and perfect the Wushu teaching content system in our country, promote the development of Wushu teaching in our country, and carry forward the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation. Therefore, taking the integration construction of Wushu teaching content in primary school as the object, the background and basis of Wushu teaching content construction are collected by the method of literature, and the interview method is used to interview the teachers of Wushu major in primary school to provide reference for the design of expert questionnaire. By means of questionnaire survey, this paper collected the opinions of 18 experts, used mathematical statistics and logic analysis to analyze the data obtained, and tried to construct the integrated teaching content of martial arts in primary school stage. The result of this study is as follows: (1) the goal of Wushu teaching in primary school is divided into three categories: Wushu cultural inheritance, mental health and social adaptation, and motor skill learning. The goal of the four learning fields is further refined, Wushu cultural heritage is refined into Wushu etiquette and martial arts education, and the goals of mental health and social adaptation are refined to observe discipline. Positive optimism, unity and cooperation, fair attitude, emotional adjustment, strong will quality, etc.; second, the goal in the field of action skills is refined into basic skills, basic movements, routine combination and offensive and defensive training (unarmed, instrument, fighting); The objective field of physical health is defined as flexibility, coordination, agility, balance, explosive power, and speed of movement, which need to be developed. The objective field is the leading one. According to the characteristics of the pupils' physical and mental development, it is based on the martial arts culture. Physical health, martial arts action skills, mental health and social adaptation, Wushu teaching assessment and evaluation criteria these modules, the construction of the primary school stage of the integration of Wushu teaching content.
