【摘要】：正甲板、救生圈、帆船、纬度线、岛屿、世界地图……诸多海洋元素,让北京市海淀区七一小学(以下简称"七一小学")的校园里洋溢着别样的海洋风情和异域文化味儿。在全球化进程不断推进的大背景下,七一小学基于"为学生的美丽人生"奠基的办学理念,提出了"培养拥有海洋情怀、国际视野的世界公民"的育人目标,着力培养学生的跨文化沟通、创新和包容合作等面向世界和未来的基础能力。在推进国际化办学的过程中,学校逐步形成了有关国际理解教育的明确理念、清
