小学教师课堂突发事件处理方式调查研究

【摘要】：改进小学教师课堂中处理突发事件的不足,提升处理课堂突发事件的能力,促进学生身心健康发展并让学生享受课堂快乐学习,是负责任的小学教师的普遍愿望。对此,以教师、学生及环境三方面为代表整理出9道典型情境题,对云南文山城区某小学50名教师进行问卷调查,经过调查研究发现:多数教师采用忽视的方式来处理课堂突发事件,只有少部分的教师会采用因势利导的方式来处理。因此,基于调查结果的分析,发现存在问题的原因,并提出处理小学课堂突发事件的对策。
[Abstract]:It is the common wish of the responsible primary school teachers to improve their ability to deal with emergencies in the classroom, to promote the development of students' physical and mental health and to make them enjoy the happy learning in the classroom. In this paper, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 50 primary school teachers in Wenshan City, Yunnan Province, taking teachers, students and environment as the representatives of 9 typical situational questions. Through investigation and research, it is found that most teachers deal with classroom emergencies in a neglected way, and only a small number of teachers will deal with them in the light of the situation. Therefore, based on the analysis of the investigation results, the causes of the problems are found, and the countermeasures to deal with the classroom emergencies in primary schools are put forward.
