新课标背景下小学语文课外作业设计探究

【摘要】:2011年底随着新版《义务教育语文课程标准》的颁布,人们对于教育改革内容的关注又达到了一个新的高峰,这其中包括之前甚少人提到的作业改革问题。2013年由教育部牵头征求关于《小学生减负十条规定》的相关要求,“作业减负”的问题再次被人们所提及、热议。作业作为语文教学活动实施的重要载体,有着非同一般的存在意义。对于学生来说,它是学生习得、巩固、运用课堂所学的有效手段,也是学生形成学习、交流、合作能力的重要形式,更是学生提升语文素养、形成良好学习习惯的不二选择;对于教师来说,作业设计编制的科学、合理与否对教学有着巨大的影响,作业是一个完整教育教学过程不可或缺的重要组成部分,是对教师的教育教学效果检验起着关键作用的工具,更是学生、教师、家长三者精力倾注的重要内容。然而从收集的文献资料以及所接触到的教学现状来看,对于作业设计的研究大部分集中于初中、高中的个别科目上,有关小学作业设计方面的研究相对较少,而专门针对小学语文课外作业设计的系统研究则更少。基于此,本文从收集到的大量文献资料与理论支持作为出发点,通过实地调查发现当前作业设计存在的集中问题,思考在现如今背景下作业设计改良的可行性方案,再结合实习期间随堂听课等手段获取的相关案例总结出作业设计的经验,对作业设计的改进提出了自己的策略建议以及作业实施中的相关注意事项。经历了作业设计这一系列的研究,对于作业设计我们的重视程度还远远不够,更不用说形成能够实际操作的作业设计模式,虽然如此,还是以期能为完善小学语文课外作业设计服务,为教师进行作业设计提供一定的参考依据,也为自己日后走上教师教育岗位顺利开展作业设计工作做好充分的准备。
[Abstract]:At the end of 2011, with the promulgation of the new edition of the Chinese Curriculum Standard for compulsory Education, people's attention to the content of educational reform has reached a new peak. This includes the previously little-mentioned problem of homework reform. In 2013, the Ministry of Education took the lead in soliciting the requirements of the "Ten rules on reducing the burden of Primary School students", and the issue of "reducing the burden of homework" was once again mentioned and discussed. As an important carrier of the implementation of Chinese teaching activities, homework has extraordinary significance. For students, it is an effective means for students to acquire, consolidate and use what they have learned in class. It is also an important form of students' ability to learn, communicate and cooperate. It is also an important choice for students to improve their Chinese literacy and form good learning habits. For teachers, the science of homework design, whether it is reasonable or not, has a great impact on teaching. Homework is an indispensable and important part of a complete teaching process. It is a key tool to check the teaching effect of teachers, and it is also an important content of students, teachers and parents. However, from the literature collected and the current situation of teaching, most of the research on homework design is focused on junior high school, high school in individual subjects, the primary school homework design research is relatively small. However, there is less systematic research on the design of Chinese homework in primary schools. Based on this, this paper, from a large amount of literature and theoretical support collected as the starting point, through field investigation to find out the current problem of the concentration of job design, thinking about the feasibility of operational design improvement in the present background, Combined with the experience of homework design, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of homework design and the relevant matters needing attention in the implementation of homework. After a series of researches on job design, we pay less attention to job design, let alone form an operational job design pattern. It is expected that it can provide some reference for the improvement of the primary school Chinese homework design, provide a certain reference for teachers to design homework, and make sufficient preparations for themselves to go to the post of teacher education in the future to carry out the homework design work smoothly.
