减负背景下小学家庭作业设计策略研究

【摘要】:多年来,有关减负的声音一直未断,国家有关机构也对学生减负问题出台多项政令,但至今效果一般。如何合理的设计家庭作业,使之能更好地为教学服务,是当今教育理论工作者和一线教师面临的重要课题。家庭作业不仅是学生对学习效果的检验与反馈,也在一定程度上为教师改变教学侧重点指明了方向。所以,对减负背景下家庭作业设计的研究有着现实意义。本研究以锦州市某小学中高阶段的学生为调查对象,以在校的一线教师为访谈对象,进行了相关问题的调查。结果显示,虽然当前小学家庭作业设计表现出一些良好的势头,但一些不足仍然存在,具体表现为所有学科的作业总量偏大、作业不能激发学生兴趣、作业形式比较单一等。针对以上不足,本研究从理论基础出发,通过对调查结果和案例的分析与整理,对小学家庭作业设计目的、设计实施内容、设计评价方面提出相应的建议。本研究在一定程度上丰富了小学家庭作业领域的研究成果,以期帮助一线教师树立正确的作业观,同时也为教师和即将参与到教师工作中的师范生在作业设计时提供了可参考的文献资料。
[Abstract]:Over the years, the voice of reducing the burden has not stopped, the state agencies have issued a number of decrees on the issue of reducing the burden of students, but so far the effect is modest. How to design homework reasonably and make it better serve for teaching is an important task that educational theorists and first-line teachers are facing. Homework is not only the test and feedback of students' learning effect, but also points out the direction for teachers to change their teaching emphasis to some extent. Therefore, the study of homework design in the context of load reduction has practical significance. In this study, the students in a middle and high stage of a primary school in Jinzhou were investigated, and the first-line teachers in Jinzhou were interviewed. The results show that although the present primary school homework design shows some good momentum, but some shortcomings still exist, the specific performance is that the total amount of homework is on the large side, the homework can not stimulate students' interest, the form of homework is relatively simple, and so on. In view of the above deficiencies, this study from the theoretical basis, through the investigation results and case analysis and collation, the primary school homework design purpose, design implementation content, design evaluation put forward the corresponding suggestions. To some extent, this study enriches the research results in the field of primary school homework, in order to help the teachers to set up a correct view of homework. At the same time, it also provides reference documents for teachers and teachers' students who will participate in teacher's work design.
