少儿趣味田径运动对提高广州市小学生运动能力的实验研究

【摘要】:田径是一项古老的体育运动项目,作为其他各项运动的基础,素有“运动之母”的美誉。随着体育运动的蓬勃发展,可供人们选择的运动项目、运动形式也越来越多。田径是小学体育与健康课教学内容之一,包含走、跑、跳、投等基本运动技能。传统的小学体育教学过程中过于注重动作技能的传授而忽略学生运动兴趣的培养,学生参与活动的形式单一、气氛较枯燥,导致参加田径项目的学生也越来越少,最终导致田径在学校体育中的地位逐步降低。国际田联为了更好发挥田径运动对学生身心的促进作用,推出了娱乐性和趣味性较强的“国际田径少儿趣味田径”,旨在培养学生参加田径运动的兴趣,让更多学生参与到田径运动中来。为此,本文以少儿趣味田径运动对提高广州市小学生运动能力的实验研究为题目。通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验教学法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法收集相关资料,以广州市天河区侨乐小学二(2)班和二(5)班;越秀区文德路小学二(1)班和二(3)班、荔湾区华侨小学二(6)班和二(8)、3所学校6个班的234名学生,其中二(2)、二(1)和二(6)班的116名学生为实验对照组,二(5)、二(3)和二(8)班的118名学生为实验组,进行为期十六周的田径运动项目的教学,了解并掌握少儿趣味田径运动对小学水平一(二年级)学生运动能力影响的效果;探究其改变的原因,为少儿趣味田径运动项目的进一步开展提供理论依据和实践参考。通过教学实验对比,得出以下结论:1.在身体形态方面:实验前后两组学生在身高、体重上的差异不大,可能是学生正处于正常的生长发育期,少儿趣味田径运动项目教学实验的时间较短,对学生身高、体重的影响不明显。2.在身体素质方面:实验后实验班与对照班的学生成绩对比存在显著性差异(p0.05)。说明少儿趣味田径运动项目对促进学生的速度、力量、耐力、灵敏和柔韧素质的发展效果更加显著。3.在运动技能方面:实验班的学生在跑(50米)、跳(立定跳远)和投(投沙包250克)的运动技能上的提高幅度均大于对照班。说明少儿趣味田径运动项目对提高学生的基本运动技能具有良好的促进作用。4.在学习兴趣方面:与传统体育课堂相比,少儿趣味田径运动项目的教学能够充分激发学生对田径项目学习的兴趣和参与的积极性与主动性。
[Abstract]:Track and field is an ancient sports event, as the basis of other sports, known as the "mother of sports" reputation. With the vigorous development of sports, there are more and more sports forms for people to choose. Track and field is one of the teaching contents of physical education and health in primary school, which includes basic sports skills such as walking, running, jumping, throwing and so on. Traditional physical education in primary school pays too much attention to the teaching of movement skills and neglects the cultivation of students' interest in sports. Students participate in activities in a single form and in a dull atmosphere, which leads to fewer and fewer students participating in track and field events. Finally, the status of track and field in school physical education gradually decreased. In order to play a better role in promoting the physical and mental health of students, the International Athletic Federation (IAAF) has introduced the "International Children's interesting track and Field", which is more entertaining and interesting, in order to foster students' interest in participating in track and field sports. Let more students participate in track and field. Therefore, this paper focuses on the experimental study of children's interesting track and field sports to improve the sports ability of primary school students in Guangzhou. Through the methods of literature, questionnaire, experimental teaching, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, we collected the relevant data, taking the second class (2 ~ 2) and the second class (2 ~ 5) of Qiaile Primary School in Tianhe District, Guangzhou; the class 2 ~ 1) and the 2 ~ 3) class of Wende Road Primary School in Yuexiu District. The experimental group consisted of 234 students in Eryang6) class and 6 classes in Eryang8zhuo 3 schools in Liwan District, of which 116 students in Eryangjiao, Erying1) and Erying6) classes were used as experimental control groups, and 118 students in Eryangjiao, Eryang3) and Eryang8) classes as experimental groups. To conduct a 16-week teaching of track and field events to understand and master the effect of children's interesting track and field sports on the sports ability of the first (second grade) primary school students, and to explore the reasons for its change. To provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the further development of children's interesting track and field sports. Through teaching experiment contrast, draw the following conclusion: 1. In terms of body shape: there is no significant difference in height and weight between the two groups before and after the experiment. It may be that the students are in a normal growth and development period, and that the teaching time of children's interesting track and field events is relatively short. The influence of weight is not obvious. In terms of physical fitness, there was a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class. The results show that the children's interesting track and field sports can promote the development of students' speed, strength, endurance, agility and flexibility. In terms of motor skills, the students in the experimental class improved their motor skills in running 50 meters, jumping (standing long jump) and throwing (250 g sandbag) than in the control class. It shows that the children's interesting track and field sports item has the good promotion function to the enhancement student's basic movement skill. 4. In the aspect of learning interest: compared with the traditional physical education class, the teaching of children's interesting track and field sports can fully stimulate the students' interest in track and field learning and the enthusiasm and initiative to participate in it.
