日本全科型小学教师培养的经验及其思考——基于广岛大学小学教师培养的实践

【摘要】：日本政府始终把"提高中小学教师水平"作为教育改革的重要目标,特别是高度重视全科型小学教师的培养。广岛大学是日本培养小学教师久负盛名的大学,其大学本科阶段小学教师的培养具有开设与小学相对应的全学科指导课程、合理的指导教师配置、完善的指导体制,以及充实的实践性课程等特点,确保能够培养出胜任小学全科教学的优秀教师。
[Abstract]:The Japanese government always regards "improving the level of primary and middle school teachers" as the important goal of educational reform, especially attaches great importance to the cultivation of teachers in general primary schools. Hiroshima University is a prestigious university in Japan to train primary school teachers. The training of primary school teachers in the undergraduate stage of Hiroshima University has the following characteristics: setting up a whole subject guidance course corresponding to primary school, reasonable allocation of guidance teachers, and a perfect guidance system. And the characteristics of the full practical curriculum, to ensure that we can train qualified teachers of general subject teaching in primary schools.
