论高校培养农村小学全科教师模式的优化

【摘要】：目前高校培养农村小学全科教师的模式主要有湖南模式、江西模式、重庆模式、广西模式和江苏模式等几种类型,这些培养模式存在招录对象层次低、培养目标不明确、开设课程比例失调、德育教学针对性不强和师资队伍单一等问题。文章针对这些问题,提出优化高校培养农村小学全科教师模式的相关建议,如优化招生对象、准确定位培养目标、优化课程设置、优化实践教学和优化师资队伍等。
[Abstract]:At present, there are several types of general subject teachers in rural primary schools, such as Hunan model, Jiangxi model, Chongqing model, Guangxi model and Jiangsu model. These training models have low level of recruiting objects and unclear training objectives. The misproportion of offering courses, the lack of pertinence of moral education and the singleness of teaching staff and so on. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the mode of training rural primary school teachers, such as optimizing the enrollment object, accurately locating the training goal, optimizing the curriculum setting, optimizing the practice teaching and optimizing the teaching staff, and so on.
