【摘要】：正教育家叶圣陶老先生曾指出:"教育是什么?往单方面讲,教育就是养成习惯。"小学阶段是学生习惯养成的重要时期,要培养学生养成良好习惯,为其终生发展奠定基础。文登经济开发区实验小学以"阳光教育"理念为引导,确立了"以评价促学生发展"的思路,设计并实施了"阳光少年"评价体系,旨在促进全校学生的均衡、全面、快乐发展。一、评价体系的特色1.独特的生源特征
