河南省小学体育“一校一品”特色学校创建活动案例分析

【摘要】:学校是教育圣地,是文化传承的地方,但近些年受应试教育的影响,学校把教育当成了提分工具,对升学率有着疯狂的追求,这就出现了“千人一面,千校一面”的教育怪象,近日随着国务院印发的《关于强化学校体育促进学生身心健康全面发展的意见》要求:改革教育,完善体育课程教学,让学生熟练掌握一至两项运动技能,逐步形成“一校一品”“一校多品”的教学模式。以此为契机,河南省教育厅举办了河南省中小学体育艺术“一校一品”特色学校创建活动,并对创建工作进行了结果评比。本研究以“一校一品”活动实施现状为研究对象,运用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法、个案分析法等研究方法,把活动成果进行归纳总结,希望对河南省其他学校品牌学校创建工作提供借鉴。通过走访调查本研究得出结论如下:1.参与本次研究的学校在体育“一校一品”特色学校创建活动中,基本形成了完整的课内外一体化活动实施体系。2.以活动实施评价体系为代表的新乡市新区小学,创建了学生体育成长档案评价模式和教师教学评价体系,对教师和学生进行了客观,全面的评价,形成了“一校一品”特色评价体系。3.以体育“大课间”代表的郑州市金水区金桥学校,把体育大课间活动课程化实施,将每个环节、每个班级活动安排的合理有序,把体育“大课间”打造成了“一校一品”特色板块。4.以课堂板块化教学和课余训练队为代表的洛阳市涧西区英语学校,将课堂教学板块化实施,实现了学生“学有专长,又全面发展”;课余训练队阶段化训练,能根据学生身体、心理素质的阶段化发展规律结合游戏制定训练内容,使“一校一品”特色活动成为学校品牌。5.以校本课程和社团为代表的沁阳市第一小学,把特色体育上升到校本课程来实施;学校博雅社团体系的完善,涉及学科全面,促进学生全面发展。“一校一品”特色活动实现了国家课程校本化实施。由此研究结论得出建议如下:1.“一校一品”特色学校创建活动中,四种特色活动实践模式在课程改革、活动创新、学校品牌创建等方面的成果,其他学校可以根据自身实际情况借鉴、参考。2.四种特色活动实践模式中,在社团活动和校本课程实施过程中,只注重特色活动的开展,忽略了校园文化的传播,建议学校在发展特色体育的同时加大学生的德育、美育教育。3.河南省小学体育“一校一品”特色学校创建活动取得显著成就,但特色学校不等于品牌学校,学校应注重把学校特色上升到品牌特色,用品牌效应加到学校社会影响力。
[Abstract]:The school is the holy place of education and the place of cultural inheritance, but in recent years, influenced by the examination education, the school regards education as a lifting tool and has a crazy pursuit for the rate of raising the school. The views of the development of the face: reform education, improve the teaching of physical education, let the students master one or two sports skills, and gradually form the teaching mode of "one school and one product" and "one school and many products". As a turning point, the Henan Provincial Education Hall has held the school of primary and secondary school sports art "one school and one product" in Henan Province, and set up the creation of the school. This study takes the status of the implementation of "one school and one product" as the research object, using the methods of literature, investigation, mathematical statistics, logical analysis, case analysis and other research methods to summarize the results of the activities, hoping to provide reference for the creation of other school brand schools in Henan Province. The findings of this study are as follows: 1. in the establishment of the school of sports "one school and one product", the 1. primary school has formed a complete set of primary and external integration activities in Xinxiang New District primary school, which is represented by the evaluation system of activities, and has created the evaluation model and teaching of the students' Sports growth archives. The teacher and student evaluation system has made an objective and comprehensive evaluation of teachers and students, and formed a "one school and one product" characteristic evaluation system.3., which takes the Golden Bridge School in Jinshui District of Zhengzhou city as the representative of sports "big class". Luoyang Jianxi district English school, represented by class plate teaching and after-school training team, is made up of "one school and one product", which is carried out in Luoyang Jianxi district English school, which realizes the students' specialty and all-round development. The stage training of the after-school training team can be based on the stages of the students' physical and psychological quality. According to the rules of the exhibition, we make the training content in combination with the game, so that the "one school and one product" has become the school brand.5., the first primary school of Qinyang City, represented by the school based curriculum and the association, to carry out the characteristic sports to the school-based curriculum, and the perfection of the school Boya community system, which involves the whole subject of the subject, and promotes the all-round development of the students. "One school and one product" is special. Color activities have realized the implementation of the national curriculum. The conclusions are as follows: 1. "one school and one product" school building activities, four special activities in the practice of curriculum reform, activities innovation, school brand creation and other achievements, other schools can be used for reference according to their own actual conditions, reference.2. four characteristics. In the practice mode of the activities, in the process of community activities and school-based curriculum implementation, only the development of special activities is paid attention to, the spread of campus culture is ignored, and the moral education of college students is added to the development of the characteristic sports. The aesthetic education and education of "one school and one product" of the primary school sports in Henan province have achieved remarkable achievements, but special achievements have been made in the establishment of the school of "one school and one product" in the primary school of Henan province. The color school is not equal to the brand school. The school should pay attention to the characteristics of the school to the brand characteristics, and add the brand effect to the social influence of the school.
