小学教师信息技术应用能力培训的微课教学设计研究

【摘要】：我国农村地区教育信息化处于发展阶段,农村教师信息技术应用能力需要培训。目前,农村小学教师信息技术应用能力培训人数多,培训条件不足,而教育管理部门要求完成培训的时间又比较紧张,因此,有人提出运用微课对农村小学教师信息技术应用能力进行培训。培训农村小学教师的信息技术应用能力微课如何设计,培训效果如何,需要研究。本研究以农村小学教师为对象,采用文献法和调查法,在对相关文献梳理和调查农村小学教师的学习需求后,建构了微课的教学设计模型,据此可为信息技术应用能力培训课程教学设计提供研究材料,还有助于拓展该领域研究视野。开发了农村小学教师信息技术应用能力培训的微课课程,并投入应用,取得了一定应用效果,验证了微课教学培训模式比传统培训更加有效。
[Abstract]:Education informatization in rural areas of China is in the developing stage, rural teachers' ability of applying information technology needs training. At present, there are a large number of teachers in rural primary schools who are trained in the ability to apply information technology, and the training conditions are inadequate, and the time required by the education administration to complete the training is relatively tight. Therefore, Some people propose to use micro-lessons to train rural primary school teachers' ability of applying information technology. It is necessary to study how to design and how to train teachers in rural primary schools. This research takes the rural primary school teacher as the object, adopts the literature method and the investigation method, after combing the related literature and investigating the rural primary school teacher's learning demand, constructs the teaching design model of the micro-class. Therefore, it can provide research materials for the teaching design of IT application ability training course, and also help to expand the research horizon in this field. In this paper, the micro-course of information technology application ability training for rural primary school teachers is developed and put into practice. The results show that the training mode of micro-course teaching is more effective than traditional training.
