关于开展成都市小学生校园特色足球的调查与对策研究

【摘要】:2015年3月16日中国政府网正式公布《中国足球改革总体方案》,共五十条对策,包括让足球走进校园、建设校园特色足球,并将足球运动列入体育教学内容,加大学时比重,要敢于创新。很多媒体都对这一方案的出台做了跟踪报道,是一次很有力度的改革。本文以成都市作为研究对象,力求通过对成都市(国家级、省级)校园足球试点学校开展活动进行调查与分析,找出成都市小学校园足球发展中存在的问题并针对所找的问题提出建设性的意见,研究出以“特色”为核心的成都市校园特色足球,为成都市小学校园足球发展尽一份力。总结前者的看法找出创新点在:成都校园足球的建设要有“特色”所在建立成都市校园特色足球;力求打造出每个学校都建立一校一品的校园特色足球理念;带动广大足球爱好者只有小学生都参与足球运动中享受快乐,才有效为我国的足球后备人才做出贡献。通过问卷调查的形式对成都市校园足球试点学校体育教师认为学校领导对足球的重视是校园足球发展的根本,其中包括:一些学校发展校园足球是由于教师对足球的热爱才利用空暇时间义务给部分学生训练;青少年是中国发展足球的希望是中国发展足球的主体,不能仅仅是个别部分学生的足球运动,它是全校师生足球运动,是我国发展全民运动的有效条件。通过调查分析得出以下结论:成都市一些特色足球学校还是以竞技体育为重,应该打破原有的重竞技体育的理念。发展校园特色足球需要社会正确树立培养青少年学习的理念,让阳光一直普照足球运动员的成长,让青少年体会到足球运动及其文化带来受益终身的快乐。以“健康第一”的体育指导思想,培养了学生终身体育的意识,促进学生素质的全面发展。校园特色足球的目标是引领学校特色前进,这一特殊终将成为特色的主流文化。完善校本教材的建立,以校园足球文化为大方向,不断深入校园特色足球形式转变,对于各个学校的侧重点线面的不同就突出该学校的特色所在。唯一制约农村发展校园特色足球的因素就要解决师资力量不足,掌握教学知识缺乏,领导不重视等问题。应加大对这些问题的重视度,加大宣传,把农村校园特色足球业发展起来,在此环境下我们应该完善校园特色足球建立让校园特色足球的春天带来祖国足球的明天。成都市校园特色足球开展应建立一个评价体系来完善并且保持一个长久有效的机制。公正公平的评价校园特色足球活动。针对出现的问题提出建议为:1、加强学校领导重视,以足球文化理念引领校园特色足球的发展;2、利用学校独有的条件打造特色足球品牌,树立一校一品理念;3、加强组织管理体系并落实特色足球的发展制度;4、累积足球教学相关资源不断提升足球在体育课中课程效能;5、创编校本足球教材推动校园特色足球的形成;6、创建足球城乡合作平台促进城乡学校共同发展。
[Abstract]:In March 16, 2015, the Chinese government network officially announced the overall plan of China football reform. There are fifty countermeasures, including making football into campus, building campus special football, and putting football into sports teaching content, adding University proportion to innovation. This article takes Chengdu as the research object, and tries to find out the problems in the development of the primary school football in Chengdu by investigating and analyzing the activities of the campus football pilot schools in Chengdu (national level, provincial), and puts forward some constructive suggestions on the problems found in the development of the primary school football in Chengdu, and studies the formation of the "characteristic" as the core.
