发展核心素养应从严格执行课程计划开始

【摘要】：正发展学生的核心素养是素质教育的深化与提升。目前,学校、教师仍然偏重于考试科目的教学,家长对孩子的成长关注也集中在考试科目上,常常导致非考试科目课程不能开足、上齐。如果一个学校不能严格按课程计划开足、上齐每门功课,那么素质教育也好,核心素养也罢,都只能是无根之木,这将严重阻碍学生素养的全面发展。严格按课程计划上课,这是进行素质教育、发展核心素养的基础。
[Abstract]:The core accomplishment of developing students is the deepening and upgrading of quality education. At present, teachers in schools still focus on the teaching of examination subjects, and parents' attention to the growth of their children is also focused on the examination subjects, which often lead to the failure of the non-examination subjects. If a school can not strictly follow the curriculum plan, every subject, then quality education, core literacy can only be a rootless wood, which will seriously hinder the overall development of student literacy. Strictly according to the curriculum plan, this is the basis for quality education and development of core literacy.
