教师韧性的核心特征:对小学教师质性研究的发现

【摘要】:教师能在高期望、高挑战与高压力的环境下恒久保持专业发展的动力,需要教师拥有韧性。本研究采用结构性访谈法,以北京两所小学的八位教师为访谈对象,通过对资料的三级编码分析,发现了小学教师韧性的八种特征,即:对教师专业的强烈认同感、深层自我效能感驱动、工作满足感、积极乐观的心态、情绪调控能力、自如与艺术地教学、持续不断的研究和学习、人际交往与沟通能力。这些品质成为促进小学教师持续专业发展的重要因素。
[Abstract]:Teachers can keep the momentum of professional development in the environment of high expectation, high challenge and high pressure. In this study, eight teachers from two primary schools in Beijing were interviewed by structural interview method. Through the analysis of three levels of data coding, we found eight characteristics of teachers' resilience, that is, a strong sense of identity to teachers' specialty. Deep sense of self-efficacy, job satisfaction, positive and optimistic attitude, emotional control ability, free and artistic teaching, continuous research and learning, interpersonal and communication skills. These qualities have become an important factor to promote the continuous professional development of primary school teachers.
