泰州市小学兼职体育教师适应性发展研究

【摘要】:达成《课程标准》目标、体现体育课程的学科价值、有效开展体育教学,体育教师是必备的前提与条件,有效的体育教学需要合格的体育教师。据统计,江苏省泰州市小学体育教师队伍中,兼职体育教师所占比例高达50%以上。一方面,高比例的兼职体育教师大量存在;另一方面,目前泰州市人事制度还未能完全解决专职体育教师的师资配给。显然,泰州市小学兼职体育教师并不能适应体育教学的要求。在这种背景下,加强对兼职体育教师的培训,使其能够尽快适应小学体育教学的要求,是解决体育师资配给不足、保证体育教学质量的有效途径。本研究运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法,在两方面对泰州市小学兼职体育教师的适应性进行研究。第一,通过研读《江苏省义务教育阶段体育健康课程实施方案》和《江苏省体育教师职业技能标准》等文件,总结体育教学对体育教学的基本要求,以问卷的形式对泰州市兼职体育教师的体育教学实际情况进行调查,对比泰州市小学兼职体育教师与体育教学要求之间的差距,找出兼职体育教师体育教学中与体育教学基本要求之间的不适应之处,并对此进行分析。第二,基于第一个适应性,分析已有的泰州市培训文件、南师大培训计划,研究如何使泰州市兼职体育教师能够适应体育教学的要求,如何对泰州市兼职体育教师这一特殊群体进行培训,使培训计划适应兼职体育教师的实际情况,如何因势利导通过培训使泰州市小学兼职体育教师快速成长,是本文要解决的第二个适应性问题。研究结果表明:泰州市兼职体育教师在体育教学设计、体育教学实施、课外管理能力、专业知识与技能的掌握上,存在很大的不足,与体育教学的基本要求有较大差距。泰州市兼职体育教师的体育教学能力现状并不能适应体育教学的基本要求,也不能适应课改的要求。泰州市兼职体育教师在体育教学中专业素质不强,需要通过培训来提高其课堂教学能力、提升专业素质水平以适应体育教学工作。为使兼职体育教师能够胜任体育教学的要求,具备执教《体育与健康课程》的基本知识、技能与能力,本文以《体育与健康课程标准》和《江苏省体育与健康课程实施方案》为认识和设计基础,以规范性、科学性、针对性、最终让兼职体育教师实现四会为目标,即兼职体育教师“会做—示范”、“会讲—讲解”、“会写—课时计划”、“会教—组织教法”。结合泰州市小学兼职体育教师的实际,从培训观念、培训目标、培训内容、培训方式、培训评价出发,制定适应性培训计划。使培训计划紧扣兼职体育教师实际,通过培训使兼职体育教师提高其体育教学能力,更快更好的适应体育教学实际,提高体育教学质量。
[Abstract]:To achieve the goal of "Curriculum Standard", to embody the subject value of physical education curriculum and to carry out physical education effectively, physical education teacher is the prerequisite and condition, and effective physical education teaching needs qualified physical education teachers. According to statistics, the proportion of part-time PE teachers in primary school PE teachers in Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province is more than 50%. On the one hand, a large number of part-time PE teachers exist; on the other hand, the current personnel system of Taizhou City has not completely solved the teacher allotment of full-time PE teachers. Obviously, Taizhou primary school part-time physical education teachers can not adapt to the requirements of physical education. Under this background, it is an effective way to solve the shortage of rationing PE teachers and ensure the quality of PE teaching by strengthening the training of part-time PE teachers so that they can adapt to the requirements of physical education teaching in primary schools as soon as possible. Based on the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview and mathematical statistics, the adaptability of part-time PE teachers in Taizhou City was studied in two aspects. First, by studying the implementation Plan of physical Education and Health Curriculum in compulsory Education in Jiangsu Province and the Standards of Professional skills of physical Education Teachers in Jiangsu Province, the paper summarizes the basic requirements of physical education teaching for physical education. The actual situation of physical education teaching of part-time PE teachers in Taizhou was investigated by questionnaire, and the gap between part-time PE teachers and PE teaching requirements in primary schools in Taizhou was compared. This paper finds out the inadaptability between the part-time PE teachers' physical education teaching and the basic requirements of PE teaching, and analyzes it. Second, based on the first adaptability, this paper analyzes the existing training documents of Taizhou City and the training plan of NNNU, and studies how to make the part-time PE teachers in Taizhou City adapt to the requirements of physical education teaching. How to train the special group of part-time PE teachers in Taizhou to adapt the training plan to the actual situation of part-time PE teachers, and how to guide the development of part-time PE teachers in primary schools in Taizhou through training. It is the second adaptive problem to be solved in this paper. The results show that the part-time PE teachers in Taizhou City have great deficiencies in physical education teaching design, physical education implementation, extracurricular management ability, professional knowledge and skills, and there is a big gap with the basic requirements of physical education teaching. The present situation of PE teaching ability of part-time PE teachers in Taizhou can not meet the basic requirements of PE teaching, nor can it adapt to the requirements of curriculum reform. The professional quality of part-time PE teachers in Taizhou is not strong, so it is necessary to improve their classroom teaching ability and improve their professional quality in order to adapt to the physical education work through training. In order to meet the requirements of physical education teaching, part-time PE teachers have the basic knowledge, skills and ability to teach physical Education and Health course. Based on the knowledge and design of the Standard of physical Education and Health Curriculum and the implementation Plan of Jiangsu Sports and Health Curriculum, this paper aims at making part-time PE teachers realize the four sessions by means of standardization, science and pertinence. Part-time PE teachers "will make-demonstrate", "will speak-explain", "can write-class plan", "can teach-organize teaching method". Based on the practice of the part-time PE teachers in Taizhou primary school, the adaptive training plan is formulated from the view of training concept, training objectives, training contents, training methods and training evaluation. The training plan is closely related to the practice of part-time physical education teachers. Through training, the part-time physical education teachers can improve their PE teaching ability, adapt to the practice of physical education teaching faster and better, and improve the quality of physical education teaching.
