大连市小学教师生活方式现状及改进策略的研究

【摘要】：本文运用问卷调查法、文献法和访谈法,对大连市三所小学教师的生活中的习惯和行为方式以及在工作中的表现的状态(具体包括以下几个方面:教学方式、人际交往方式、休闲娱乐方式)等问题进行调查研究,通过问卷调查得出以下结论:小学教师中有41.5%的教师生活方式完全符合健康标准,有35.8%的小学教师生活方式基本符合健康标准,而有29.7%的教师生活方式完全不符合健康要求。从调查数据来看,小学教师的生活方式总体上符合健康标准,但仍存在如下问题:小学教师的教学方式陈旧,教学手段落后;交际圈子狭窄,交往方式比较被动;休闲娱乐方式单一,且取向价值不高。经访谈得知社会环境对教师的生活方式还不够重视,学校管理制度不健全,教师个体思想观念陈旧以及业余时间不能真正利用是造成问题的原因,为此我们提出如下对策:1.社会相关方面要给予教师更多的理解与关注;2.学校管理上要改进和提升;3.教师自身也要不断修炼与完善。养成小学教师良好的生活方式有利于小学教师的教学活动,培养出更加优秀的学生并且对倡导社会文明生活方式也有积极的促进作用。在这种状况下探讨小学教师的生活方式就显得尤为重要。但小学教师的生活内容和形式并没有统一的标准,我们所能做的只是倡导一种健康的生活方式,不仅仅在于小学教师这个群体,对全社会而言,任何人都需要养成良好的习惯,形成文明、健康、科学的生活方式,才能促进全社会的进步。
[Abstract]:This paper, by means of questionnaire, literature and interview, analyzes the living habits and behaviors of teachers in three primary schools in Dalian, including the following aspects: teaching style, interpersonal communication style, and so on. Through the questionnaire survey, 41.5% of the primary school teachers' lifestyle fully conforms to the health standard, and 35.8% of the primary school teachers' lifestyle basically conforms to the health standard. And 29.7% of the teachers' lifestyle is completely out of line with the health requirements. From the survey data, the life style of primary school teachers generally accords with the health standard, but there are still the following problems: the teaching methods of primary school teachers are outmoded, the teaching means are backward, the circle of communication is narrow, and the communication style is relatively passive; The leisure and entertainment way is single, and the orientation value is not high. Through the interview, we know that the social environment does not pay enough attention to the teachers' way of life, the school management system is not perfect, the teachers' individual ideology is old and the spare time can not be used really are the causes of the problems. For this reason, we put forward the following countermeasures: 1. Social aspects should give teachers more understanding and attention. School management should be improved and promoted. Teachers themselves should continue to practice and improve. Developing a good life style of primary school teachers is beneficial to the teaching activities of primary school teachers, cultivating more excellent students and promoting the social civilized way of life. In this situation, it is particularly important to explore the way of life of primary school teachers. However, there is no uniform standard of life for primary school teachers. All we can do is to advocate a healthy lifestyle, not just for primary school teachers, but for the whole society, anyone needs to develop good habits. Only by forming a civilized, healthy and scientific way of life can we promote the progress of the whole society.
