刍议语文校本课程管理的“三度空间”

【摘要】:笔者在近五年的语文校本课程改革中,基于学校办学目标、学生发展需求、社会发展期待三个维度,从课程的研发、实施、评价三个方面,摸索课程管理的"三度空间"。在梳理、整合各类语文学习资源后,编制了《趣味语文》主题式语文综合实践校本课程和《创意阅读与表达》语文拓展阅读校本课程;同时采用表现性学习模式和多元的评价方法,转变师生的教与学等诸多方面,让校本课程为学校特色建设、为提升教师的课程领导力和培养学生各种学习能力服务,最终形成学校特有的校园文化,提升师生的综合素养。
[Abstract]:In the reform of Chinese school-based curriculum in recent five years, the author explores the "three-dimension space" of curriculum management from three aspects of curriculum research and development, implementation and evaluation, based on the objectives of running a school, the needs of students' development and the expectation of social development. After combing and integrating all kinds of Chinese learning resources, we have compiled the "interesting Chinese" comprehensive practice school-based curriculum and the "creative reading and expression" Chinese extended reading school-based curriculum; At the same time, using the expressive learning model and the multiple evaluation methods, changing the teaching and learning of teachers and students, making the school-based curriculum construction for the characteristics of the school, promoting teachers' curriculum leadership and cultivating students' various learning abilities, and so on. Finally, the unique campus culture of the school is formed, and the comprehensive accomplishment of teachers and students is promoted.
