少年儿童组织认同现状及其教育策略研究

【摘要】:通过少年儿童组织认同量表来分析6-13岁少年儿童的少先队组织认同现状,研究结果表明7-13岁少年儿童对少先队组织的情感认同、认知认同、行为认同以及活动认同上存在差异。基于此结果,研究者提出了采用加强组织思想意识教育、创新少先队实践活动、有针对性地培育少年儿童与少先队组织的感情,以及制订规范的少先队行为四种策略来提升少年儿童对少先队组织的认同。
[Abstract]:By using the Children's Organization identity scale, this paper analyzes the status quo of the young pioneers' organizational identity of children aged 6-13 years. The results show that there are differences in emotional identity, cognitive identity, behavioral identity and activity identity among children aged 7-13 years old. Based on this result, the researcher proposes to strengthen the organizational ideological education, innovate the practical activities of the Young Pioneers, and cultivate the feelings between the young children and the Young Pioneers in a targeted way. As well as the formulation of standardized Young Pioneers behavior four strategies to promote young children's identity with the Young Pioneer organization.
