寿光市小学音乐社团现状调查与对策研究

【摘要】:在当代小学音乐教育过程中音乐课堂教学和音乐课外活动是相互促进,相辅相成的。现如今单一的音乐课堂教学已经远远不能满足学生们探索新鲜事物的好奇心,也无法帮助学生们找到属于自己的兴趣爱好,一节好的音乐课堂教学不仅能激发学生学习音乐的美好愿望,还能够促使他们产生积极参加音乐社团活动的学习兴趣。同时,小学音乐社团活动对学生的音乐学习也会产生深远影响,并且能够帮助他们树立自信心,提高个人综合能力。随着音乐教育课程改革的深入,在中国一线二线城市,小学音乐教育快速发展,特别是小学音乐社团活动已经非常普及并在音乐教育领域占据重要地位,而在县级城市,小学音乐社团活动是否符合国家教育部门的要求,其开展工作如何呢?通过对一系列问题的思考,笔者决定对山东省寿光市小学音乐社团活动现状展开调查和研究,期望能调查出小学音乐社团在县级市的发展现状。寿光市的中小学教育水平这几年得到了很大的提高,对教育教学投入很大,对音乐教学方面的投入也不少,寿光市小学音乐课堂教学成绩显著,但是深入观察作为小学音乐课外活动的音乐社团活动开展的很不理想,通过对寿光市小学音乐社团现状的调查研究发现,在现阶段寿光市小学音乐社团活动的发展中,仍然存在着一些问题。由于寿光各地经济发展的不平衡性,对音乐教育的各种投入和师资配备上也便存在着很大的差异。对此,本论文针对寿光市小学音乐社团活动展开调查,并采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、实地考察法、访谈法等方法进行研究,提出一些合理的解决策略,为小学音乐社团活动的发展提供一定的帮助。本文主要从四个部分来论述:第一部分主要是对理论的研究,对音乐社团活动的研究背景、研究的意义以及社团的含义,音乐社团的含义以及音乐社团的研究现状,小学音乐社团活动的概念及意义进行论述,第二部分主要是对小学音乐社团活动现状的实地调查,包括对已经开展和未开展音乐社团活动学校教师与学生的问卷调查,包括对教师访谈内容的调查,以及对问卷调查和访谈结果的整理和分析。第三部分主要根据以上的调查结果和分析,提出寿光市小学音乐社团活动现阶段存在问题,第四部分是针对以上的出现的问题提出一些发展对策,力求对寿光市小学音乐社团活动的发展提出一定的帮助。
[Abstract]:Music classroom teaching and music extracurricular activities promote each other and complement each other in the process of music education in modern primary schools. Today, a single class of music teaching is far from satisfying students' curiosity to explore new things, nor can they help them find their own interests. A good music classroom teaching can not only stimulate students' good desire to learn music, but also stimulate them to take an active part in music club activities. At the same time, music club activities in primary schools also have a profound impact on students' music learning, and can help them to build up self-confidence and improve their comprehensive ability. With the deepening of the curriculum reform of music education, in China's first-tier and second-tier cities, the music education of primary schools has developed rapidly, especially the activities of music associations in primary schools have become very popular and occupy an important position in the field of music education, while in county-level cities, Does the music association of primary school meet the requirements of the national education department, and how does it carry out its work? Through thinking about a series of problems, the author decides to investigate and study the current situation of music association activities in Shouguang City, Shandong Province, hoping to find out the development situation of music association in the county level. Shouguang City's primary and secondary education level has been greatly improved in recent years. It has invested a lot in education and teaching, as well as in music teaching. Shouguang City has achieved remarkable achievements in music classroom teaching in primary schools. However, through the investigation of the current situation of primary school music associations in Shouguang City, it is found that in the development of music association activities of primary schools in Shouguang City at the present stage, it is not ideal to carry out music association activities as an extracurricular activity of music in primary schools. There are still some problems. Due to the imbalance of economic development in Shouguang, there are great differences in the investment of music education and the allocation of teachers. In view of this, this paper aims at the Shouguang primary school music association activity to carry on the investigation, and adopts the literature research method, the questionnaire survey method, the field investigation method, the interview method and so on the method carries on the research, proposes some reasonable solution strategy, To provide some help for the development of music club activities in primary school. This paper mainly discusses from four parts: the first part is the research on the theory, the research background, the significance of the research and the meaning of the community, the meaning of the music community and the current research situation of the music association. The second part is a field investigation of the current situation of music association activities in primary schools, including a questionnaire survey of school teachers and students who have or do not carry out music association activities.
