小学生体育学习动机、光照、噪音对技术动作学习影响规律的研究

【摘要】:在社会飞速发展,健康问题日益突出的大背景下,体育锻炼越来越受到人们的重视,人们认识到了学习体育知识技能的重要性。随之而来的便是体育教育的问题,什么样的体育教育是更有效的,想要了解这个问题首先要了解,如何更好地进行体育技能学习。因为技术动作作为人类的基本学习内容,体育教学内容的重要组成部分,在体育学习中占有重要地位,所以在衡量体育教学效果中具有重要作用。学校体育作为体育工作的重要组成部分,对个体的学生阶段以及以后体育锻炼有重要影响。尤其是体育技能,不仅仅是体育教学的重要内容,也是个体参与体育锻炼的重要载体,直接影响体育教学效果和体育锻炼结果。因此,对技术动作学习规律的研究,对如何提高技术动作学习效率的探讨可以指导技术动作学习的实践和促进体育教学效果的改善。我们知道技术动作的学习受到学生自身的内部因素,和外界环境的外部因素的共同影响,因此本文通过研究内部因素和外在因素对技术动作学习的影响规律,来揭示技术动作的学习规律。本文以小学三年级学生为研究对象,通过其体育学习动机和光照、噪音对技术动作学习的影响规律的研究,来揭示内外因素对技术动作学习的影响规律。从而寻找技术动作学习的规律,并据此提出提高体育教学效率,改善体育教学效果的方法。本研究共分四个部分:1研究综述部分;2研究方法部分;3结果和分析;4结论和建议部分。通过研究得出如下结论:1学习效果的变化受到动机、光照、噪音的共同影响,要根据规律改变体育学习动机、光照和噪音,改善学习效果。2体育学习动机对技术动作学习效果产生显著影响,技术动作学习效果随着体育学习动机的增强越来越好,当动机处于强和较强水平时,学习效果达到最好,但效果改善速度逐渐趋于平缓,呈倒U曲线的前半部分。3光照对学习效果产生显著影响,光照处于中等水平时,学习效果最好。4噪音对学习效果产生显著影响,当噪音处于中等水平时,学习效果最好。5光照与噪音对技术动作学习效果产生交互作用。但动机对学习效果的影响规律不受光照和噪音的影响,即内在条件和外在条件对学习效果的影响呈独立趋势。6动机是技术动作学习效果最重要的影响因素,二者关系较符合y=1.5+0.187x+0.186x2-0.033x3(x=体育学习动机;y=技术动作学习效果)所示的函数表达式。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of society and the increasingly prominent health problems, people pay more and more attention to physical exercise, and people realize the importance of learning sports knowledge and skills. Then there is the question of physical education, what kind of physical education is more effective, if we want to understand this problem, we must first understand, how to better carry out the study of sports skills. As the basic learning content of human beings and an important part of physical education content, technical action plays an important role in physical education, so it plays an important role in measuring the effect of physical education. As an important part of physical education, school physical education has an important influence on individual students' stage and later physical exercise. Especially physical skill is not only an important content of physical education, but also an important carrier for individuals to participate in physical exercise, which directly affects the effect of physical education and the result of physical exercise. Therefore, the study on the law of technical action learning and the discussion of how to improve the efficiency of technical action learning can guide the practice of technical action learning and promote the improvement of physical education teaching effect. We know that the learning of technical action is influenced by the internal factors of students themselves and the external factors of the external environment, so this paper studies the influence of internal and external factors on the learning of technical action. To reveal the learning laws of technical movements. In this paper, the third grade primary school students as the research object, through their sports learning motivation, light, noise on the technical action learning, to reveal the influence of internal and external factors on technical action learning law. In order to find out the law of technical action learning, the paper puts forward the methods of improving the efficiency of physical education teaching and improving the effect of physical education teaching. This research is divided into four parts: 1: 1 research summary part 2 research method part 3 results and 4 conclusions and suggestions. It is concluded that the change of learning effect is influenced by motivation, illumination and noise. We should change the motivation, light and noise of physical education according to the rules. 2. Improving the learning effect of sports learning motivation has a significant impact on the learning effect of technical action. The learning effect of technical action is getting better and better with the enhancement of sports learning motivation. When the motivation is at a strong and strong level, the learning effect is the best. However, the improvement speed of the effect tended to be more and more gentle, and the light in the first half of the inverted U curve had a significant effect on the learning effect. When the light level was in the medium level, the learning effect was the best, and the noise had a significant effect on the learning effect. When the noise is at the medium level, the learning effect is the best. 5. The interaction of light and noise on the learning effect of technical action. However, the influence of motivation on learning effect is not affected by light and noise, that is, the influence of internal and external conditions on learning effect shows an independent trend .6 motivation is the most important factor affecting the learning effect of technical action. The relationship between them is in good agreement with the functional expression shown by YY 1.5.0.187x 0.186x2-0.033x3 (x = sports learning motivation / effect of technical action learning).
