“国培计划”小学科学骨干教师训后绩效评价的研究
[Abstract]:The National training Program for Primary and Secondary School Teachers, referred to as the "National training Program", is an important measure to improve the overall quality of primary and secondary school teachers, especially rural teachers, which was implemented by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance in 2010. The primary school science backbone teacher training project is one of the sub-projects of the "national training plan". The primary school science curriculum is an important course in the elementary school stage of compulsory education, which bears the important task of cultivating the pupils' scientific literacy in an all-round way. However, the number of science teachers in primary schools has been unstable for a long time, and the shortage of full-time teachers has become a prominent problem in the field of science education in primary schools. Therefore, it is an important and urgent work to investigate and analyze the present situation of science teachers in primary schools, and also pave the way for the research of performance evaluation. Training performance is an important basis for judging the effectiveness of the "National training Plan" and making decisions. There are many studies on the process evaluation and summative evaluation of the training effect of primary science teachers, but the training tracking evaluation of primary school science teachers is often ignored. The paper assessment of teachers as the end point of teacher training has become a common phenomenon of primary science backbone teachers training, thus ignoring the performance of primary school science teachers after returning to work. However, the role of seed radiation is one of the important goals of the National Program. Therefore, based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of primary school science teachers in Jiangxi Province, this study designs and reflects on the training curriculum system, and attempts to evaluate the performance of the primary school science backbone teachers after training. From two aspects of teachers' basic performance and developmental performance, the demonstration guidance after teachers' return to the post after comprehensive response training, and the effect of seed radiation, is a new angle of view of the training evaluation method of "national training plan". This paper adopts the methods of literature research, questionnaire investigation, case study and interview to train primary school science teachers. The research on the curriculum of primary school science teacher training and the performance evaluation system of primary school science teacher after training. The first and second chapters are the general introduction of the research design, including the research background, research significance, research content, research methods and innovation points. This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign studies, identifies the related concepts, and introduces the relevant theories and evaluation models. The third chapter investigates and analyzes the current situation of primary school science teachers in Jiangxi Province. To understand the training needs of primary school science teachers in Jiangxi Province, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of training, and puts forward some suggestions. On the basis of the investigation and analysis of the current situation of primary school science teachers in Jiangxi Province, the fourth chapter has insight into the problems of the curriculum development of the "Guopei Plan", through the correct interpretation of the policy, the reasonable orientation of the training objectives, and timely investigation and analysis. This paper puts forward a curriculum system suitable for short-term centralized training in primary school. The fifth chapter constructs the performance evaluation system of primary school science teachers on the basis of previous research. This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of performance evaluation, introduces the link and content of performance evaluation and the meaning of evaluation index. Chapter VI, conclusion. The researcher analyzes the significance of the construction of performance evaluation system for primary school science teachers after training, and analyzes the shortcomings and prospects of the research.
