学校文化如何摆脱一厢情愿的尴尬境地

【摘要】：正在我们的学校文化建设中,参与代替了包办,生成代替了复制,过程代替了结果。2010年7月,我担任山东省淄博市临淄区晏婴小学校长。当时学校的情况不容乐观:教师是从全区各学校抽调来的;学生也是从附近几所学校转移过来的,可以说,这所小学就是东拼西凑而成。怎样将这些来自"五湖四海"的师生凝聚起来?我发现:只有构建学校文化,让全校师生拥有一种大家认同的精神,学校才会有凝聚力和向心力,才能蓬勃发展。
[Abstract]:In our school culture construction, the participation has replaced the arrangement, the generation has replaced the copy, the process has replaced the result. In July 2010, I was the principal of Yan Ying Primary School in Zibo City, Shandong Province. The situation at that time was not optimistic: teachers were drawn from schools in the whole district and students were transferred from nearby schools, so to speak, the primary school was a patchwork. How to bring together these teachers and students from all over the world? I find that only by constructing the school culture and allowing the teachers and students to have a spirit that everyone agrees with can the school have cohesion and centripetal force and flourish.
