汪清县小学支教政策实施现状研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国在增进教育资本平衡成长、缩小城乡教育差别等方面颁布了多项支援农村教育的政策。作为调和教育资本平衡成长的主要措施,城镇教师支援农村教育取得了明显效果。教师支援农村的这一行动,可以促进教育发展,教师的资源也可以优化合理。解决这一薄弱的农村教师问题的重大举措在于提高农村教育的质量,促进义务教育的均衡发展。这些举措具有重要的战略意义和现实意义。本研究主要运用问卷调查法和访谈调查法,对汪清县城镇内四所小学的33名支教教师发放问卷,对教育部门负责人进行访谈,了解了汪清县小学支教政策的实施现状。经调查访问得知城镇教师支援农村教育成效较好,但还存在支教的老师对支教思想认识不足、积极性不高;支教示范作用不强;支教老师没有做好两校之间的协调等难题。本研究分析了问题的原因,并提出以下对策建议:(1)加强城镇教师支持农村教育的培训,提高教师对工作本质的认识;(2)加强支援学校的作用;(3)受援学校要多重视管理;(4)教育行政部门应改进教学的监督,保证教育工作科学、有序的进行。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China has promulgated many policies to support rural education in terms of promoting balanced growth of educational capital and narrowing the gap between urban and rural education. As the main measure to harmonize the balanced growth of educational capital, urban teachers have achieved remarkable results in supporting rural education. Teachers' support to rural areas can promote the development of education, teachers' resources can be optimized and reasonable. The major measure to solve the problem of rural teachers is to improve the quality of rural education and promote the balanced development of compulsory education. These measures have important strategic and practical significance. In this study, 33 teachers of four primary schools in Wangqing County were investigated by questionnaire and interview, and the responsible persons of education department were interviewed to understand the current situation of implementing the policy of supporting education in Wangqing County. Through the investigation and interview, it is found that the urban teachers support the rural education well, but there are still some problems such as insufficient understanding and enthusiasm of the teachers who support the rural areas, weak demonstration of the supporting education, and the failure of the teachers to coordinate between the two schools. This study analyzes the causes of the problems and puts forward the following countermeasures: (1) to strengthen the training of urban teachers to support rural education, to enhance teachers' understanding of the nature of work, (2) to strengthen the role of supporting schools; (3) the recipient schools should pay more attention to the management, (4) the administrative departments of education should improve the supervision of teaching to ensure that the education work is carried out in a scientific and orderly manner.
