小学班主任少先队工作存在的问题及对策研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化的发展,人类已经进入到了社会的关键转型期,少年儿童的教育在此背景下拥有机遇的同时也面临着巨大挑战。少先队用自己特有的教育方式,为国家的建设培养一代又一代人才。如何让少先队员在多元化的文化背景中获取正确的价值选择和价值判断,提高他们的综合能力,是新时期小学班主任少先队工作所要面临的一个重要问题和最新挑战。本文通过对重庆市某所小学班主任少先队工作的调查访谈,基于小学班主任的视角,力图从自身的提高、少先队干部的培养及少先队教育活动的有效开展三个方面反映小学班主任的工作现状,总结目前小学班主任在少先队工作中存在的问题,分析其产生的原因和提出相关的对策,以便提高小学班主任在少先队工作中的水平,最终促进少年儿童的身心发展。本研究分为五大部分。第一部分介绍了选题背景、研究的理论意义和实践意义,对已有的国内、国外文献进行了梳理,并介绍了研究的方法,包括文献研究法、问卷调查法、个别访谈法。第二部分介绍了我国少先队工作的发展及要求,从五个阶段对少先队工作的发展历史进行总结,在此基础上结合相关文件归纳出少先队工作的目标和内容。第三部分对小学班主任少先队工作的现状进行描述,主要针对三个方面,首先是小学班主任对自身工作追求的现状,涉及需要坚定自身信仰理念的问题、需要学习自身专业知识的问题、需要提升自身专业能力的问题。其次是培养少先队干部的现状,主要涉及选拔程序未能体现民主的问题、未能培养少先队干部有效参管班级的问题、未能培养少先队干部有效组织活动的问题。最后是组织少先队活动的现状,主要涉及活动的内容、活动的形式等问题。第四部分论述现目前小学班主任在少先队工作中存在的问题及进行归因分析。第五部分在探求背后原因的基础上给出相关建议,主要涉及增强小学班主任自身发展意识,培养少先队干部参管班级能力;提高小学班主任有效开展少先队活动能力等建议,以期为促进小学班主任少先队工作的提高提供具有价值性的参考意见。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, human beings have entered the critical transition period of society. In this context, the education of children and adolescents is facing great challenges as well as opportunities. The Young Pioneers trained generation after generation of talents for the construction of the country with their own unique educational methods. How to make the young pioneers obtain correct value choice and value judgment in the pluralistic cultural background and improve their comprehensive ability is an important problem and the latest challenge for the work of the young pioneers in the primary school class in the new period. Based on the investigation and interview of the work of the Young Pioneers in a primary school in Chongqing, this paper tries to improve itself from the perspective of the head teacher of the primary school. The training of Young Pioneers cadres and the effective development of the Young Pioneers' educational activities reflect the present situation of the elementary school class teachers, sum up the problems existing in the current work of the elementary school class teachers, analyze the causes of their emergence and put forward the relevant countermeasures. In order to improve the level of primary school head teachers in the work of the Young Pioneers, and ultimately promote the physical and mental development of children. This study is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the background of the topic, the theoretical and practical significance of the study, the existing domestic and foreign literature combing, and introduces the research methods, including literature research, questionnaire survey, individual interviews. The second part introduces the development and requirements of the work of the Young Pioneers in China, summarizes the development history of the work of the Young Pioneers in five stages, and sums up the objectives and contents of the work of the Young Pioneers on the basis of the relevant documents. The third part describes the current situation of the work of the Young Pioneers of the Primary School head teacher, mainly focusing on three aspects, first of all, the status quo of the primary school teacher's pursuit of their own work, involving the need to strengthen their own beliefs. The problem of learning one's own professional knowledge and improving one's own professional ability. The second is the current situation of training Young Pioneer cadres, which mainly involves the problems that the selection procedure fails to embody democracy, the Young Pioneers cadres are not trained to participate in and manage classes effectively, and the Young Pioneers cadres are not trained to organize activities effectively. The last part is the present situation of organizing the Young Pioneers' activities, which mainly involves the contents and forms of the activities. The fourth part discusses the problems existing in the work of Young Pioneers and the attribution analysis. In the fifth part, on the basis of exploring the reasons behind it, some suggestions are given, which mainly involve strengthening the development consciousness of the primary school head teacher and training the young pioneers' ability to participate in and manage the class. In order to promote the improvement of the work of the Young Pioneers in Primary School, some suggestions such as improving the ability of the head teachers to carry out the activities of the Young Pioneers are proposed in order to provide valuable reference for the improvement of the work of the Young Pioneers.
