沙河市蝉房学区小学综合实践活动课程实施研究

【摘要】:综合实践活动课程自2001年被设立为小学至高中的必修课程以来,一直备受关注,在城市学校的实施中也取得了一定的成绩,但在农村小学的实施现状并不乐观。沙河市蝉房学区小学综合实践活动课程实施研究以教育学和心理学的相关理论为基础,以沙河市蝉房学区三所寄宿制小学为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方式对蝉房学区小学综合实践活动课程的实施现状进行深入了解,发现该学区小学综合实践活动课程的实施存在以下问题:课程组织管理松散;教师综合素质不高;课程资源开发不足;课程实施形式化;课程评价机制不健全。并从教育行政部门、学校方面、教师方面对上述问题进行归因分析,最后提出以下几点改进措施:加强课程的组织与管理;促进教师的专业发展;优化课程的设计与开发;完善课程评价机制。
[Abstract]:Since the curriculum of comprehensive practical activities was established as a compulsory course from primary school to high school in 2001, it has been paid close attention to, and has made some achievements in the implementation of urban schools, but the current situation of implementation in rural primary schools is not optimistic. A study on the implementation of Comprehensive practical activities in Primary Schools in Shahe City Cicadas School District; based on the relevant theories of pedagogy and psychology; taking three boarding primary schools in Shahe cicada school district as the research object. Through the way of questionnaire investigation, the author makes a deep understanding of the current situation of the implementation of the comprehensive practical activity curriculum in the primary school of Cengfang school district, and finds out that the implementation of the comprehensive practical activity curriculum in this school district has the following problems: the curriculum organization and management are loose; Teachers' comprehensive quality is not high; curriculum resources development is insufficient; curriculum implementation is formalized; curriculum evaluation mechanism is not perfect. And from the educational administrative department, the school aspect, the teacher aspect carries on the attribution analysis to the above question, finally proposed the following several improvement measures: strengthens the curriculum organization and the management, promotes the teacher's professional development, optimizes the curriculum design and the development; Improve the curriculum evaluation mechanism.
