阿坝州藏区小学体育教育现状研究

【摘要】:民族学校体育也是民族文化的重要组成部分,学校体育发展也是民族精神和民族性格的具体表现,为推动增强民族地区人民体质,发展学校体育运动,寻求学校体育发展制约的瓶颈。通过本人在阿坝州若尔盖县进行一年多的援藏工作,结合自身在藏区上课的一些体会,对若尔盖、松潘、红原、九寨沟四个县区的小学体育教育教学的现状和存在的一些问题情况进行调查和分析,对数据采用逻辑分析,对比分析等方法,进行综合分析、评价,找出阿坝州小学体育教育存在的问题,以贯彻“健康第一”的学校体育重要指导思想, “每天锻炼一小时”的现代健康理念,全面实施《学生体质健康标准》为标准。提出一些适合藏区小学体育教育发展的合理化建议,促进藏区民族传统体育更好的传承及学校体育健康、和谐的发展。结论与建议:受到高海拔地区及当地民众对于藏传佛教信仰的根深蒂固,学校体育教育是严重滞后。专职体育教师严重缺乏,教师资源分配不合理,体育器材,教学场地等不足。学校体育管理制度不够完善,体育课程设置不合理,体育活动的开展不够普及,学生对体育教育的认知不够,不利于藏区民族传统体育项目传承和发展。建议采取相应的措施,多方面筹集资金,加大对体育基础设施的投入,提高学校体育教学条件,多方式的引进专业人才,提高体育教师的地位及待遇,完善管理制度、业务培训,提高教师综合素质,开发藏区特色的藏汉双语教材,促进学生对现代及传统体育的兴趣,提高藏族广大群众对于体育教育的认识,从而达到终身体育锻炼的意识。
[Abstract]:School physical education is also an important part of national culture. The development of school sports is also a concrete manifestation of national spirit and national character. In order to promote the enhancement of people's physique in minority areas and the development of school sports, To seek the bottleneck of the development of school physical education. Through more than a year of assistance to Tibet in Johor County, Aba prefecture, and in combination with my own experience in teaching in Tibetan areas, I have made some comments on Joergai, Songpan and Red Plains. The present situation and existing problems of physical education teaching in primary schools in four counties and districts of Jiuzhaigou were investigated and analyzed. The data were analyzed and evaluated by the methods of logic analysis, comparative analysis, etc. To find out the existing problems of physical education in primary schools in Aba prefecture, to carry out the important guiding ideology of "health first" in school physical education, to carry out the modern health concept of "exercising for an hour every day", and to carry out the standard of students' physical health in an all-round way. This paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the development of physical education in primary schools in Tibetan areas, so as to promote the better inheritance of traditional sports in Tibetan areas and the healthy and harmonious development of physical education in schools. Conclusion and suggestion: due to the deep-rooted belief of Tibetan Buddhism in high altitude area and local people, physical education in school is seriously lagging behind. Professional PE teachers lack seriously, teacher resource allocation is unreasonable, sports equipment, teaching space and other deficiencies. The school sports management system is not perfect, the physical education curriculum is unreasonable, the sports activities are not popular enough, the students' cognition of the physical education is not enough, which is not conducive to the inheritance and development of the traditional national sports in Tibetan area. It is suggested that appropriate measures should be taken to raise funds from various aspects, increase investment in physical education infrastructure, improve school physical education teaching conditions, introduce professionals in many ways, improve the status and treatment of physical education teachers, and improve the management system. Professional training, improving the comprehensive quality of teachers, developing Tibetan and Chinese bilingual teaching materials with characteristics in Tibetan areas, promoting students' interest in modern and traditional sports, raising the awareness of the Tibetan masses on physical education, and thus achieving the consciousness of lifelong physical exercise.
