校内托管——小学生“四点钟困境”的解决之道

【摘要】：正近年来,小学生放学后的"四点钟困境"问题得到了家长、学校、专家和社会的普遍关注。如何保障学生在此期间的安全,如何在这段时间里做好教育的补充和延伸呢?面对巨大的市场需求,各种托管机构不断涌现。目前,主流的托管服务有两种:社会托管和校内托管。社会托管以营利为目的,缺乏监管与规范,在硬件设施、管理、卫生、师资等方面难以得到保证。相比之下,拥有稳定师资和优良环境的校内托管更让家长放心。
[Abstract]:In recent years, parents, schools, experts and society have paid close attention to the 04:00 dilemma after school. How to ensure the safety of students during this period, how to do a good job in this period of time to complement and extend education? In the face of huge market demand, a variety of trusteeship institutions continue to emerge. At present, there are two mainstream hosting services: social trusteeship and intramural trusteeship. Social trusteeship aims at profit, lacks supervision and regulation, and is difficult to guarantee in hardware facilities, management, hygiene, teachers and so on. By contrast, a stable teacher and a good environment of school care more assured parents.
