本溪市小学信息技术课程现状与对策研究

【摘要】:二十一世纪信息技术作为社会经济的重要支撑,在社会发展过程中具有举足轻重的作用。信息技术作为中小学的必修课开展了十余年之久,鉴于小学信息技术课程标准过于宽泛,使得信息技术课在开设过程中虽然出现了一些小问题,但同时也扩大了这门课程的自主性与灵活性,可以说信息技术教学呈现出百花齐放的局面。基于这个前提,笔者以本溪市小学信息技术课程为研究对象,采用了文献研究法、课堂观察法、问卷调查法和访谈法,通过与学校领导和信息技术教师的交流,了解学校信息技术课程开展的情况和实施过程中存在的困惑,试图在了解本溪市小学信息技术课程现状的基础上,发现信息技术课程发展中存在的问题,结合教育技术理论加以思考与分析,提出适合本地区信息技术课程建设的对策,以期对本溪市小学信息技术课程的可持续发展提供有价值的参考。论文共分为五个部分:第一部分为概述,阐述了本论文的研究背景与意义以及国内外信息技术课的现状;第二部分为本溪市小学信息技术课程发展现状的调研设计,结合信息技术学科特点和本溪教育发展情况,阐述了本研究的设计思路,确定研究的内容,并阐述论文的理论基础;第三部分为本溪市小学信息技术课程现状研究与分析,从组织管理、学校机房教学用机、开课、师资、教材、信息技术课堂教学、小学生信息素养以及小学生的学习评价八个方面汇总了本溪市小学信息技术课近年来取得的成果和存在的问题;第四部分为本溪市小学信息技术课程可持续发展的对策,一是转变教育管理者、教师与家长的观念,提高信息技术课程的地位;二是政府应加大对信息技术教育基础设施建设的资金投入;三是积极开发和利用网络课程资源,实现资源有效共享;四是提高教师的基本素质和专业技能,打造高素质的小学信息技术教师队伍;五是创建新型课堂教学模式,提高小学生的自主学习能力;六是在课堂教学中全面提高小学生的信息素养;七是建立科学、有效的学生学习的评价方式。第五部分对研究进行了反思和总结,提出研究中存在的不足之处。
[Abstract]:As an important support of social economy in 21 century, information technology plays an important role in the process of social development. Information technology as a compulsory course in primary and secondary schools has been carried out for more than ten years. In view of the broad information technology curriculum standards in primary schools, although there have been some minor problems in the course of offering information technology courses, But at the same time, it also expands the autonomy and flexibility of this course, it can be said that information technology teaching presents a situation of blooming a hundred flowers. Based on this premise, the author takes the information technology curriculum of Benxi primary school as the research object, adopts the literature research method, classroom observation method, questionnaire survey method and interview method, and communicates with school leaders and information technology teachers. This paper tries to find out the problems existing in the development of information technology curriculum on the basis of understanding the present situation of information technology curriculum in primary schools in Benxi city. Based on the theory of educational technology, this paper puts forward some countermeasures suitable for the construction of information technology curriculum in this area, in order to provide a valuable reference for the sustainable development of information technology curriculum in primary schools in Benxi city. The paper is divided into five parts: the first part is an overview, the research background and significance of this paper as well as the current situation of information technology at home and abroad; The second part is the investigation and design of the development of information technology curriculum in primary schools in Benxi. Combining the characteristics of information technology and the development of education in Benxi, this paper expounds the design ideas of this study, determines the content of the study, and expounds the theoretical basis of the paper. The third part is the research and analysis of the current situation of information technology curriculum in primary schools in Benxi, from organization management, teaching machines in school computer rooms, teachers, teaching materials, information technology classroom teaching. The information literacy of primary school students and the learning evaluation of primary school students sum up the achievements and problems of information technology courses in primary schools in Benxi in recent years. The fourth part is the countermeasures of the sustainable development of information technology curriculum in Benxi primary school. One is to change the concept of education administrators, teachers and parents, and to improve the status of information technology curriculum; Second, the government should increase the investment in the construction of information technology education infrastructure, third, actively develop and utilize the network curriculum resources, and realize the effective sharing of resources. The fourth is to improve the teachers' basic quality and professional skills, to create a high-quality primary school information technology teachers, five is to create a new classroom teaching model to improve the ability of primary school students to learn independently. The sixth is to improve pupils' information literacy in classroom teaching, and the seventh is to establish a scientific and effective evaluation method for students' learning. The fifth part reflects on and summarizes the research, and puts forward the deficiencies in the research.
