对经常违反日常行为规范的二年级小学生引导教育的个案研究

【摘要】:平常的教育实践中存在经常违反日常行为规范的学生干扰正常教学秩序,并且这样的学生会影响自身的成长发展。笔者选取本班一个行为较为特殊的学生小鹏为研究对象,展开对经常违反日常行为规范二年级小学生引导教育的个案研究。本文在研究者选取研究对象后,通过自己的实际操作、采取措施、观察总结,在引导过程中对研究对象用关爱和激励去感化他。经过半年多的研究,小鹏同学在各方面都有了很大进步,在此期间笔者提炼出了对经常违反日常行为规范二年级小学生引导教育的有效策略。同时,在阶段性分析总结中,所举实例涉及的很多引导方法正是一线教师所需要的,它更具有针对性和可操作性。本文包括六个部分:第一部分指出了选题缘由、研究意义;第二部分做了概念界定并介绍了国内外行为规范引导研究的具体经验和情况;第三部分介绍了本文研究目的、方法、对象、以及研究的创新点;第四部分是研究的实施过程及研究对象发生的发展变化情况;第五部分指出了研究对象的阶段性行动效果和分析发生这种变化的原因;第六部分是引导转化经常违反日常行为规范学生的建议。最后是本文的结语。
[Abstract]:In ordinary educational practice, students who often violate the norms of daily behavior interfere with the normal teaching order, and such students affect their own growth and development. The author chooses Xiao Peng, a student with special behavior in his class, as the research object, and carries out a case study of guiding education of the second grade pupils who often violate the norms of daily behavior. After the researcher selects the research object, through his own actual operation, takes the measure, observes and summarizes, in the guiding process, the research object uses the care and the encouragement to influence him. After more than half a year of research, Xiaopeng students have made great progress in all aspects. During this period, the author abstracted effective strategies for guiding the education of the second grade pupils who often violate the norms of daily behavior. At the same time, in the stage analysis and summary, many guiding methods involved in the examples are needed by the front-line teachers, and they are more targeted and operable. This paper includes six parts: the first part points out the reason of choosing the topic and the significance of the research; the second part defines the concept and introduces the specific experience and situation of the research on the guidance of behavior norms at home and abroad. The third part introduces the purpose, method, object and innovation of the research, the fourth part is the implementation process of the study and the development and change of the research object. The fifth part points out the stage action effect of the research object and analyzes the reason of the change, and the sixth part is the suggestion that the students often violate the norms of daily behavior. Finally, the conclusion of this paper.
