南京市浦口区小学体育课堂中体育游戏实施现状及影响因素的调查研究

【摘要】:南京市浦口区地处长江以北毗邻安徽滁州与南京市区隔江相对,随着城镇化的推进,浦口区由原来的郊区向江北新区转型。在新城镇化转型和全国体育游戏教学不断发展的背景下,浦口区的教育未能与新形势接轨,尤其是在谈及多年的体育游戏教学上未能得到良好转型,本文通过对浦口区体育游戏现状和存在问题进行摸底调查,并作出科学诊断。为城乡结合部小学体育游戏学逐步走向规范化、制度化、可持续的轨道提供可参考的依据。体育游戏作为体育教学的一部分,它具有传授知识、健身、教育、娱乐等功能,符合小学生生理和心理的发展需要。体育游戏能够激发学生对体育的兴趣和爱好,调动学生体育学习锻炼的积极性,开发学生的智力,提高学生思想品德。为促进浦口区小学体育教学中体育游戏的开展,发掘教学中影响体育游戏开展的重要因素,加强教师在教学中运用体育游戏的能力,论文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法及因子分析法等研究方法,对南京市浦口区小学体育教学中开设体育游戏的情况、体育教师对体育游戏运用的现状及小学体育课堂开展体育游戏的制约因素等方面进行现状调查。研究得出的主要结论有:1.浦口区体育教师在体育课堂中运用体育游戏的现状有:学生对待体育游戏的兴趣不足,学生对于体育游戏的认知程度不高,学生对于体育游戏的期望度不高,易于受到课堂组织和性别的影响阻碍体育游戏的健康发展。2.浦口区体育教师的体育游戏储备不足,体育游戏创编方法欠缺,对于体育游戏的学习经历匮乏,教师专业化水平不高,个人对待体育游戏的价值偏差较大,工作量较大,难以保证体育游戏教学的可持续性发展。3.体育课中体育游戏教材在时间、比例、结构上设置不合理,体育教师对待体育游戏普及程度的思考不到位,体育游戏的选材和规则难易程度未能与小学生形成有效的对应,体育游戏应用类型单一,难以做到体育游戏与学生生活、课堂授课内容相协调,制约了体育游戏在小学体育课堂中的开展。4.浦口区学校管理制度存在不足,组织体育游戏研发团队的学校数量匮乏,关注体育教师相关培训和体育游戏器材购置等程度不高,对于体育教师的课堂管理不到位等阻碍了体育游戏进入体育课堂的步伐。根据所调查的实际情况提出以下建议:1.提升学生对体育游戏的认知程度,组织学生进行体育游戏的行为教育,加强学生体育运动兴趣的培养,关注每一位学生的发展,切实落实学生终身体育思想的形成。2.增加体育教师业务培训与交流的机会,优化体育教师队伍的内部结构,合理安排体育教师的日常工作与生活,提升体育游戏在体育课堂中的教学地位,增强教师对待体育游戏的价值认可,促进体育游戏在教师群体中的可持续发展。3.优化体育游戏的时间、结构,制定体育游戏的纬度增加同时兼顾体育游戏的普及性,充分考虑学生的身心发育特点。做到体育游戏与学生生活相联系与授课内容相匹配,做到体育游戏有层次有阶段的开展。4.完善学校的课堂管理机制,制定与体育游戏相关联的教学计划,扩充体育游戏的发展空间,增设体育游戏所需器材,组建体育游戏的教研团体,促进体育游戏在小学体育课堂中的良性发展。
[Abstract]:The Pukou District, Nanjing, is located in the north of the Yangtze River, adjacent to the Anhui Province and is opposed to Nanjing. With the development of the urbanization, the Pukou District is transformed from the original suburbs to the Jiangbei New Area. In the background of the changing of the new urbanization and the development of the national sports game teaching, the education of the Pukou District has not been in line with the new situation, especially in the teaching of the multi-year sports games, This paper makes a survey of the present situation and existing problems of the sports game in Pukou District, and makes a scientific diagnosis. It provides a reference basis for the gradual trend towards the standardization, institutionalization and sustainable track of the primary school sports games in the combination of urban and rural areas. As a part of the physical education teaching, the sports game has the function of imparting knowledge, body-building, education, and entertainment, which is in line with the physical and psychological development needs of the primary school students. The sports game can arouse the students' interest and interest in sports, arouse the enthusiasm of the students' sports learning and exercise, develop the students' intelligence and improve the students' ideological and moral character. In order to promote the development of the sports games in the elementary school physical education in Pukou district, the paper explores the important factors which influence the development of the sports game in the teaching, and strengthens the ability of the teachers to use the sports games in the teaching. The research methods such as the mathematical statistics method and the factor analysis method are used to investigate the situation of the sports games in the elementary school physical education in the Pukou district of Nanjing, and the current situation of the application of the PE games and the restriction factors of the sports games in the primary physical education class. The main conclusions are as follows:1. The present situation of physical education in Pukou District is as follows: the students' interest in sports games is not enough, and the students' awareness of sports games is not high, and the students' expectation of sports games is not high. It is easy to be influenced by the organization and the sex of the class to hinder the healthy development of the sports game. The sports game reserve of the P. E. teachers in the Pukou District is not enough, the creative method of the sports game is short, the study experience of the sports game is not high, the professional level of the teacher is not high, the value deviation of the individual to the sports game is large, the workload is large, It is difficult to ensure the sustainable development of sports game teaching. in that course of physical education, the teaching material of the sports game is set to be unreasonable in time, proportion and structure, the thinking of the PE teacher to the degree of the popularization of the sports game is not in place, the material selection and the difficulty degree of the sports game fail to form a valid correspondence with the primary school students, the application type of the sports game is single, It is difficult to achieve the coordination of the sports game with the student's life and the content of the class teaching, and the development of the sports game in the primary school physical education class is restricted. The school management system of the Pukou District is not enough, the number of the schools in the research and development team of the organization sports game is insufficient, the attention is paid to the training of the physical education teachers and the acquisition of the sports game equipment, and the classroom management of the physical education teachers is not in place, and the pace of the sports game to enter the physical education class is hindered. The following recommendations were made on the basis of the actual situation under investigation:1. To improve the degree of the students' cognition to the sports game, to organize the students to conduct the behavior education of sports games, to strengthen the cultivation of the students' interest in sports, to pay attention to the development of each student, and to effectively carry out the formation of the students' lifelong physical education. It is an opportunity to increase the professional training and communication of the physical education teachers, optimize the internal structure of the physical education teachers, reasonably arrange the daily work and life of the physical education teachers, improve the teaching status of the sports games in the physical education class, and enhance the value recognition of the teachers to the sports games, To promote the sustainable development of sports games in teachers' groups. The time and the structure of the sports game are optimized, the latitude of the sports game is set up, the universality of the sports game is taken into consideration, and the physical and mental development characteristics of the students are fully taken into account. The relationship between the sports game and the student's life is matched with the content of the teaching, so that the sports game has the stage of carrying out.
