镇江市京口区小学体育校内外衔接的途径与条件研究
[Abstract]:The connection between school sports and out-of-school sports has always been the starting point for us to intervene in youth and promote the steady growth of physical and physical health. For a long time, the physical education work in schools has been continuously enriched, and the venues and facilities have been improved day by day. In April 2016, the State Council issued "opinions on strengthening School physical Education to promote the all-round Development of students' physical and Mental Health," the document mentioned the word "cohesion" and stressed the need for schools to use the help of schools. Family, community three-way strength, together to ensure that teenagers exercise up to 1 hour a day. This is a breakthrough in the field of research, therefore, this paper studies the primary school physical education in and out of the connection. In this paper, 15 primary schools in Jingkou District of Zhenjiang City were investigated. The parents and school teachers of three-stage adolescents in Zhenjiang City were investigated by using the methods of literature, questionnaire, field survey and mathematical statistics, etc. Based on the parents' awareness of out-of-school physical education, parents' attitude towards students' participation in out-of-school physical exercises, the ways of interaction between schools and parents and communities, and the environment and conditions for students to participate in physical exercises outside school, the present situation is investigated. This paper analyzes the problems and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to provide improvement basis and reference for school, physical education and society in Jingkou District, Zhenjiang City, to jointly promote the physical connection between primary school students and students in and out of school. The results show that: (1) the connection between school physical education and out-of-school physical education is an inevitable trend to promote the healthy development of young people's physique. In theory, the connection between the two mainly depends on the parents' correct concept of physical education and the perfect school cohesion system, and the goals are basically consistent. By discussing the differences among objectives, contents and methods, this paper finds out the corresponding conditions between out-of-school sports and in-school sports, so as to determine that out-of-school sports is the extension and supplement of in-school physical education. Secondly, the present situation of physical education in and out of primary school in Jingkou District of Zhenjiang City is not optimistic. Most parents can see students exercise in their free time, and recognize the important role of physical activity. In actual life, parents lead their children to carry out sports activities with low frequency, less time, lack of professional sports health knowledge, can not guide the scientific fitness of teenagers; In the survey of family sports consumption, the concept of sports consumption owned by male parents is higher than that of female parents. The main factors influencing parents to take students to sports activities are lack of time and too little community activities. 3. There are few ways of connecting school physical education and out-of-school sports, the way is single, and the environment of young people's physical exercise is not guaranteed. The institutionalized construction of school connection is not perfect, the activities to promote the connection inside and outside the school are lacking, the cooperation between the school and the parents and the community is less, the parent association is the main way to exchange the students' physique and health, and the development of the sports clubs in the school is not optimistic. Zhenjiang City public infrastructure fitness facilities are relatively complete, but students live in the community facilities lack of professional sports personnel guidance. 4, aimed at Zhenjiang Jingkou District primary school sports and out-of-school physical education problems existing in the connection, Put forward the countermeasures to promote effective connection: to strengthen the quality education in schools and to establish the concept of "lifelong physical education"; To actively improve the "school sports community", to innovate sports projects, to cultivate students' interest in sports as the center, to strengthen the school, family, social three-way interaction, to broaden the way of students to participate in out-of-school physical exercise; The government strengthens the construction of the community industry, supervises the establishment of the community safety guarantee system, establishes the linkage guarantee mechanism, and sets up the specialized management personnel.
