教师儿童立场的重建及其实现

【摘要】:教育的目的是什么?教育不是为传承人类优秀文化遗产而强制给定儿童学习的命题,也不是给教师炫耀学识和本领的空间,更不是家长因无暇照顾孩子而把他们送到学校圈养起来,教育是为了每一个神气活现的儿童的发展和幸福。成人社会不应该将自己的意愿强加给儿童,儿童有他自己发展的轨迹和归宿,教师只需从旁引导,不能命令或代替儿童发展。我们打着“一切为了孩子”的口号却在匆匆赶往教育的路上撞倒了小孩子而不自知,我们常忽视儿童的想法和感受,缺乏与儿童沟通的教育是冰冷的,教育的温度来自教师与儿童心灵的相遇,心灵的相遇源自教师拥有的儿童立场。本论文的写作分为五个部分:绪论部分:首先介绍选择本论题的三个缘由,然后论述本研究的研究目的和意义,最后对国内外已有相关研究的现状进行分析,在此基础上总结出已有研究的不足和本论文的特色与创新之处。第一部分:首先明确儿童立场是教育的应有之义,对儿童立场存在的必要性进行分析;其次介绍儿童的概念以及发展史;然后对儿童立场的基本内涵、构成要素进行界定,接着再对与“儿童立场”相关的几对关系进行辨析。第二部分:主要是对确立儿童立场的意义从宏观教育、儿童发展、教师教学和学校教育四个层面上进行分析,儿童立场的确立有着特殊的意义与作用。第一,儿童立场是丰富现代儿童观的必然要求;第二,儿童立场是儿童发挥主体性的根本保证;第三,儿童立场是教师进行有效教学的前提基础;第四,儿童立场是学校追求生命教育的精神支柱。第三部分:通过访谈法和案例法说明教师儿童立场异化的表现和成因。儿童立场异化表现为教师的儿童立场存在缺位、散点、偏差以及“伪儿童立场”现象。同时从社会价值观念、知识逻辑与文化体系、传统线性思维方式和教师权利与自由等方面分析了儿童立场异化的原因。第四部分:为教师实现儿童立场提供了有效对策。首先,从意识层面觉醒教师的儿童意识;其次,对教师践行儿童立场的宏观教育理念提出要求,要求教师要与儿童真诚对话、真心交往,还原为小孩子。最后,从教学实践层面即教学目标、教学内容、课堂活动三个方面提供实现儿童立场的策略。
[Abstract]:What is the purpose of education? Education is not a proposition to force a given child to learn in order to inherit the outstanding cultural heritage of mankind, nor is it a space for teachers to show off their knowledge and skills, nor is it the parents who have no time to take care of their children and send them to school and raise them in captivity. Education is for the development and well-being of every energetic child. Adult society should not impose its own will on children, children have their own track of development and destination, teachers only need to guide, can not order or replace children's development. With the slogan "all for children", we knocked down children on the way to education without knowing that we often ignored the thoughts and feelings of children, and the lack of education to communicate with children was cold. The temperature of education comes from the encounter between teachers and children, and the encounter of hearts comes from the position of children owned by teachers. The writing of this paper is divided into five parts: the introduction part: first of all, it introduces the three reasons for choosing this topic, then discusses the purpose and significance of this study, and finally analyzes the current situation of the relevant research at home and abroad. On this basis, the shortcomings of the existing research and the characteristics and innovations of this paper are summarized. The first part: first of all, it is clear that the position of children is the proper meaning of education, and the necessity of the existence of children's position is analyzed. Secondly, the concept and development history of children are introduced. Then the basic connotation and constituent elements of children's position are defined, and then several pairs of relations related to children's position are analyzed and analyzed. The second part mainly analyzes the significance of establishing children's position from four aspects: macro education, child development, teacher teaching and school education. The establishment of children's position has special significance and function. First, the position of children is the inevitable requirement of enriching the modern view of children, second, the position of children is the fundamental guarantee for children to give full play to their subjectivity. Third, the position of children is the prerequisite for teachers to carry out effective teaching; fourth, the position of children is the spiritual pillar of the pursuit of life education in schools. The third part: through the interview method and the case law to explain the teacher and the child position alienation performance and the cause. The alienation of children's position is manifested in the phenomenon of absence, divergence, deviation and "pseudo-child position" in the children's position of teachers. At the same time, this paper analyzes the reasons for the alienation of children's position from the aspects of social values, knowledge logic and cultural system, traditional linear thinking mode and teachers' rights and freedoms. The fourth part: provides the effective countermeasure for the teacher to realize the child position. First of all, the awareness of children is awakened from the level of consciousness; secondly, teachers are required to practice the macro-educational concept of children's position, which requires teachers to have a sincere dialogue with children, sincerely communicate and return to children. Finally, from the teaching practice level, that is, teaching objectives, teaching content, classroom activities, to provide strategies to achieve children's position.
