拓展游乐架对7-10岁儿童平衡能力影响的实验研究
[Abstract]:Maintaining the static and dynamic stability of the body posture is not only a basic ability of the human body, but also the key physiological function of the human body, that is, the ability of body balance. In order to improve the function of human motor organs and promote the regulation of human central nervous system to the function of body and motor organs, it is particularly important to train the ability of body balance. It can not only help improve the ability of the human body to protect itself and adapt to all kinds of environment, but also ensure the normal development of activities in the body. 7 children aged 10 years old are in an important period of perfect balance ability, how to be effective at this stage, Reasonable improvement of balance function is very important to the balance function of its body after maturity. Indoor expansion play frame is a new facility for children to play and exercise. The projects on the expansion frame, such as: air plum blossom pile, Z-shaped bridge, plank floating bridge, section group single wood bridge, etc., for children aged 7, 10, and so on, the indoor expansion amusement frame is a new facility for children to play and exercise, such as: air plum blossom pile, Z-shaped bridge, plank floating bridge, section group single-wood bridge and so on. Full of entertainment and challenge, but also to promote the balanced development of children's sports. Therefore, it is helpful to develop and promote children's physical movement ability, especially to establish a more complete balance ability promotion system, which can further explore the promoting effect of indoor expansion amusement frame on the balance ability of children aged 7 years and 10 years old. In this paper, many methods, such as literature, expert interview, experiment, test, mathematical statistics and so on, are used to carry on the thorough and meticulous research. To fully understand the purpose and market operation of Xi'an Junang Outdoor Sports Club Co., Ltd. On this basis, 80 children aged 7 years and 10 years old (20 males and 20 men and women in each age group) were tested for 12 weeks and before and after the experiment. The results showed that the body balance ability of the two groups was improved by comparing the data between the experimental group and the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups. The balance ability of the control group before and after the experiment was significantly different. At the same time, in the process of balance ability test in the experimental group and the control group, it was found that the balance ability test would be interfered by visual, auditory, body shape and other factors. The conclusion of the study is that the projects on the children's expansion training and play frame have a very significant influence on the improvement of static balance ability and dynamic balance ability of children aged 7 years and 10 years old. It lays a solid foundation for the development of children's amusement facilities and exercise means according to the theme of children's physical balance ability in the future.
