班级管理中的师生约法三章

【摘要】：正秦末,刘邦攻取咸阳,与城中百姓约法三章——杀人者死,伤人及盗抵罪,从而尽得咸阳人心,狂赚民意,进而王天下。笔者上学期也与学生约法三章,不料想竟开创和谐课堂,班风积极向上,班级面貌焕然一新,一学年下来,班级成绩也如芝麻开花节节高。以前我总以为班风虚无缥缈,是一些名师故弄玄虚、故显高深而已;也曾一厢情愿地认为只要用爱心、耐心、恒心治理班级,学生定能投桃报李,学生也不负我苦口婆
[Abstract]:At the end of Qin Dynasty, Liu Bang captured Xianyang and ruled with the people in the city about the death, injury and theft of murderers, so as to win the hearts of Xianyang, earn public opinion, and then rule the world. The author also made an appointment with the students last semester. I did not expect to create a harmonious classroom. The class style is positive and the class looks a new one. At the end of the school year, the class scores are also as high as sesame blossoms. In the past, I always thought that the class style was illusory, that some famous teachers were mystical, so they were profound. I also thought wishfully that as long as I managed the class with love, patience and perseverance, the students would certainly be able to repay each other, and the students would not live up to my bitter mother.
